They actively helped with our house sale and went above and beyond, they really fought our corner when other agencies were seriously lacking. GoogleAppalled. They deserved 0 star, but I couldn't publish this review without giving 1*. I've never written a bad review in my life, but after having rented a flat with this company, I feel compelled to advise everyone to stay well away from them. The heating in the flat wasn't working, and despite calling multiple times, nothing was done to fix it. This also occurred in the midst of a very cold winter. We had to call them probably about 20 times , and when we did, we were lied to and fobbed off. 4 months later, I lost my patience and had stern words with a lady called Mary and only then were we were given a portable heater which cost us a bomb to use. The real heaters were never fixed. After realising the landlord and the estate agents didn't give two hoots about the unsafe living conditions of our flat, we decided to move out. Also , take pictures of the entire property if you're seriously going to rent with these people after reading this review. They took money out of our deposit for things that were already damaged before we moved in. Unfortunately we didn't take picture when we moved in as we thought we were dealing with honest people. How wrong we were! What a headache.
