GoogleThe staff at Bella Properties have been fantastic throughout my home moving experience. They are quick to respond to emails and always answers calls and follow up requests with actions. From my first experience with my home valuation, they were professional and realistic and offered great advise. They have been supportive throughout and a special mention to Georgia for chasing solicitors and buyers. Would highly recommend Bella Properties to anyone wanting to sell their home.

GoogleWe completed on our house purchase recently and wouldnt have been able to do it without Georgia and the team, her support was phenomenal and no request was too small. We always got an answer quickly, and as we were first time buyers, it really made the experience more positive for us. Highly recommended ❤️

Googlefrom the first call since we received keys was a long and stressful proces..but bella estate and specialy Georgia made everything much easier...Georgia chased up for us,keep us updated,told to be patience and wait when chain collapsed...and now we are in our beautiful home...thank you very much...highly recommending to anyone...and happy anniversary,bella estate🥰🤗

GoogleI have used Bella to sell and also to buy over the last couple of years. The team are amazing, all very informative and kept me updated thoroughly on both times. The sale was a tricky one and Kayleigh, Georgia and Rob made every effort to keep pushing the sale through, which it eventually to due to the buyers solicitor. Buying through them was also a breeze, as they literally kept me informed all the way through and the purchase did not take long at all. I use Bella to manage my rental property, Mary Naomi and Steve are fab and always keep me updated with the tenancy and inspections. I will always recommend Bella Properties for selling, buying and Letting.

GoogleWe sold our house in Kirton Lindsey through Bella Properties, and bought our new home through Bella too. Rob was great getting our house valued and on the market very quickly, with first class photos and adverts. Georgia and Kayleigh were superb at communicating throughout the whole process, always keeping us in the loop and responding to our queries in a speedy and professional manner. They were super helpful when we wanted to come measure in our new house, or when we needed trades people to come and quote us for jobs we wanted doing once we moved in - nothing was ever too much trouble. House selling and buying can be a stressful business but Bella Properties took all the stress out of it through genuine, clear and honest communication with us, the people in our chain and the solicitors. We have found our forever home, but if we ever decide to move, we would use Bella Properties without hesitation and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

GoogleWe had a very positive experience with Bella Properties right from the offset. Whilst Bella didn’t offer the highest valuation we were swayed by Charlie’s enthusiasm for the property and her extremely thorough property inspection. Bella also didn’t require us to sign up for a particular period of time unlike the other two agencies who valued the property. As I lived at a distance from the property I was selling, I was kept informed by email about all viewings that were booked and I received feedback after each viewing. All communications with Bella staff have been friendly, professional and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of putting their home up for sale.

GoogleAfter 6 months with a different estate agent, Bella came and offered realistic and honest advice. We decided to advertise with Bella and within 4 days had sold for full asking price. It doesn't stop there though, the team at Bella have kept in constant contact and been available at any time we've been nervous, confused or unsure, and we've never felt like we weren't important or were bothering them. Highly recommended by us!!

GoogleCan highly recommend Bella Properties. Kayleigh and Georgia were fab, with weekly updates informing us of the progression of the sale of our property. All emails were replied to in a timely manner and the whole process was hassle free, which is exactly what you need in what could be quite a stressful situation! Would deal with again - without hesitation- if we were selling. Thank you!

GoogleRental properties seem to be treated very differently to selling , majority of the staff are lovely , helpful and do aim to get stuff sorted, however be warned with rental deposits and the certain employee that checked on mine.. will aim to keep as much of your money as possible , charging me £220 to clean a two up two down shoebox basically .. however the property was cleaned two days before handing the keys back , I missed dusting one windowsill ..lol 😂 there was zero damage to the property bar one door handle which would have been about £10 to fix , I personally would not recommend renting from this company , wish I took pictures of the property when I left , so I’d advise everyone to stay with the employee while they do the checks, unfortunately I had to rush off to take my baby to a doctors appointment and before I left I even asked visually is there any main problems and he said no other then a door handle .. (also baring in mind I’ve got a deep cleaning company coming to clean my new house which is double the size by the way in comparison and it costs £60) I am also aware it’s partly the owners /landlords decision as well, however mine didn’t want me to leave so I find that hard to believe, just be prepared when anyone comes to leave they are picky as anything (also just to add another thing in, I moved in the property day after the old tenants left and it was never “professionally cleaned”) 😑🫡

GoogleRang four times in succession to have the lady answering the phone to hang up on me! Asking me to speak up and mocking me, while I could clearly hear her, other office staff laughing in the background! Absolutely disgusting! Not even a call back , how can you generate interest on a property if you can't answer the phone or have customer service? Yet claim all calls are monitored and recorded for training proposes! Learn to answer the phone !!! Vendor has just lost a credible sale and Bella lost out on a secure commission. UTTER RUBBISH...GET A GRIP

GoogleTerrible experience and wouldn't reccomended. Had a valuation booked in for December and had to re arrange last minute due to my newborn being very poorly in the high dependency unit. Re arranged 2 appointments and after being let down last Wednesday the day before and having to chase all week they have only just told me this afternoon they won't take my house on. From the get go I've had to chase and ring to get in touch with anyone and they have never seemed interested. I won't be using in the future for any properties

GoogleThroughout the sale of our late mothers home of over 63 years, we received excellent advice and service. The sale was made very quickly and efficiently. Despite the length of time to complete through no fault of Bella, Georgia constantly chased for us and kept us up to date with what was going on. I have no hesitation in recommending Bella to anyone buying or selling a home.
