GoogleWhen I was looking for a property for my dad in Peebles I asked every estate agent to alert me when they had any properties which might be suitable. JBM Estate agents were the most helpful. It was for this reason that I used them to sell the house when my dad died. They were so easy to work with; friendly and professional and always happy to answer questions and offer advice. The quality of the marketing material was excellent and I have no doubt that it helped to generate the interest there was in the house. GoogleFrom day one , this estate agents has proved to be the most efficient , courteous , industrious, trustworthy and helpful of any estate agents I have ever dealt with . My very first impression of their head estate agent, a Mr Scott Murray , was one of complete admiration for his extremely polite , businesslike and efficient qualities . It is very rarely that I find this sensation of unequivocal trust in a complete stranger. This estate agent works extremely hard and is very reliable and patient. I wound recommend them to British and foreign buyers / sellers alike . They also have a very friendly way of doing business whilst their underlying efficiency works away without being ostentatious in the least . They are also gifted mediators which is an essential, though not always present quality , in many Estate Agents today . I highly reccomend this family business to any prospective buyer or seller .

The photographer was very accommodating with the changing weather, and came a few hours earlier than planned (at my request) due to an unexpected morning of sunshine! Our house sold within days of being on the market. Would definitely recommend using JBM if you’re considering selling your home.
