GoogleFantastic customer service and help. I recently used the Allen and Harris team to help purchase a flat. I was declined by various companies before, however with the help of Jamie who went beyond my expectations I was able to purchase a property. He did everything for me and caused a stress free experience. Even when I thought all was lost he found a way and didn’t give up. Whenever I had a question he was quick to answer. Couldn’t have asked for better help and thanks again to Jamie and the team for everything!! 100% would recommend to all.

GoogleReally good experience from the beginning, the staff were so friendly and helpful with helping us to buy a new house and sell our flat - Especially Kay, Dionne and Garry. We had a couple of hiccups along the way which were not the fault of Allen & Harris but they stepped in and sorted the issues for us. Will definitely use them again!

GoogleI am a first time buyer and going through Allen & Harris was a great experience. Where they really stood out was the mortgage advice service that I received from Alana. She was extremely helpful the entire time and guided me through the process. Alana ensured that I got a good, affordable mortgage providing well-explained insight into the meaning and implications of the many options available. Alana was also able to arrange the proper insurance suitable for my needs and quickly responded to all queries, sorting out any issues that arose. Generally speaking, the advice received was invaluable and made my first house purchase a far less stressful ordeal. I have recommended the service to several friends already.

GoogleSam was the Mortgage consultant that worked with me when purchasing my property. This was my first time buying and I was totally clueless about the whole process. Sam was amazing! She could not have made this process any easier for me, she explained any queries I had or wasn’t sure of and make me feel super comfortable with any decision I wanted to make. GoogleI engaged with Allen & Harris as a perspective buyer of an investment property. They swiftly organised a viewing at a time that suited me. I found Garry very knowledgable and helpful at my viewing. I subsequently followed up with the office and spoke with Erin who fielded a number of queries I had. I then made an offer for the property. I was negotiated to offer at a higher level than I would have perhaps liked, however I accept that is Erin's role to work for the seller not the buyer. I had an offer accepted and was updated throughout the process from A&H re timelines etc. A positive experience from a buyers perspective. The team at Paisley seem well equiped to sell any home at the optimum value.

GoogleThe team at Allen & Harris Paisley delivered an incredible service when marketing and selling my property very recently. Garry was my first point of contact when he came to carry out the market valuation (and gave a very good estimate of what Home Report value might be). Majid the photographer did an excellent job of showcasing my home in all its glory, keeping me right along the way. Erin was so bubbly and enthusiastic about the viewings, I'm sure her energy rubbed off on the potential buyers. Sam and Kay were readily available to answer my many, many questions. The team kept the lines of communication open throughout the whole process, catered for our needs and provided an efficient and quality service, surpassing all expectations. Definitely 5*+
