Exceptional ! David, Gemma and the team delivered unbelievable customer service. As a condition of a house purchase in December, my own home had to be on the market before Christmas- at a time when I thought everything would be slowing down. Allen & Harris stepped up and turned everything around in the space of days, getting my house on the market 10 days before Christmas. They then facilitated all 20 plus viewings over four days to reduce my stress levels and I received multiple offers 3 days before Christmas. They proactively communicated with me throughout and supported me in the process from start to finish, continuing to do so when there was a hic-cup in solicitors' communications post offer. I genuinely couldn't have asked for better partners in the whole process and am incredibly grateful to David, Gemma and the team for their support. Genuinely good people.

We can't thank Alana, Robbie and the team at Allen and Harris enough for all their help and effort in securing us our first home. Robbie took my call the first time I contacted the branch about a viewing, and from there we ended up arranging a mortgage consultation with Alana, who explained every step of the process and all the products available to us in a way that we could understand, and we never felt pressured with anything. Alana's knowledge and advice definitely made us feel positive about our house hunt, and she secured our mortgage offer in principle without any hassle. Robbie helped us to find some potential properties, and was extremely accommodating at arranging viewings. When we found the property we wanted, Alana was always available to give us advice on bidding and closing date tactics etc, and once we had an offer accepted Alana got us back in for the proper mortgage application meeting, which again all went smoothly, and we were kept informed during the wait for approval. We now have the keys, and we can safely say that wouldn't have been the case so soon if not for Alana's help. I highly recommend Alana / Allen and Harris Paisley to anyone that requires an estate agent or mortgage advice.

For a first time buyer like myself I cannot recommend Alana enough. She was amazing at explaining everything clearly and simply, taking out so much of the technical jargon. As soon as I had my first appointment with her, Alana was sending me properties and giving me advice which made things much easier. Most unprofessional office I’ve dealt with, bn a developer for over 17 years dealt with numerous estate agents over the years, (including other Allen and Harris offices) never bn treated or spoken to like this, (messed me about for 3 weeks) so called negotiators unqualified glorified secretaries with an attitude, I think the manager should take notice of his staff
