GoogleLiam and the team were very professional and efficient. We bought our new home and sold our existing home with them and we are very happy with the service. We achieved over asking price for our sale which was fantastic. Bekky from the team kept us updated at every step and even chased other parties and professional services when needed so we didn’t have to get too involved. Thanks again for securing our dream home

GoogleI would 100% recommend using Liam Darrell Estate Agents, all the team is very professional and polite but I send a special thank you to Diane who since the start of the process of buying a property listed by them has been extremely helpful and efficient, nothing was ever too much trouble for her, she is an asset to this company. I will definitely contact Liam Darrell Estate Agents first if I ever buy/sell a property.

GoogleI was recommended to use Liam Darrel by friends and family and I am so glad I was. Their communication with me from day 1 was excellent, their marketing of the property was fair, attractive and very effective. Every aspect of the service surpassed my already high expectations and they found me a buyer very quickly. They chased up solicitors and the buyer when things seemed to have gone cold and made sure I knew what was happening all the way through. I am very impressed, grateful and eager to recommend them to others. Thank you very much. Nige

GoogleWe have nothing but praise and gratitude for Diane and the amazing job she did for us during a very stressful time with one thing or another ( nothing down to Liam Darrell’s estate agents) I would highly recommend, they are with you every step of the way and Diane is worth her weight in gold and deserves a pay rise ( take note Liam lol ) thank you so much for keeping me sane

GoogleDiane at Liam Darrell went above and beyond to support us through a move. Constantly chasing the conveyancers as the moving date was arriving and still no exchange. At all times remained calm and kept us updated. Diane was eventually able to get the conveyancers communicating with each other and finally exchanging and completing on the same day. I would highly recommend Liam Darrell estate agents.

GoogleI have to say I am delighted to have no further contact with this company - not because of poor service - but the house sale has finally completed!!! Through no fault of Liam or Diane, it took eight long months but we got there. Diane was amazing throughout, keeping me informed with the latest updates and managing to glean far more information than the solicitor seemed able to provide. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liam Darrell Estate Agents to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Compared to other agents we've used in the past they were very proactive and kept us informed throughout. In particular, we'd like to mention Bekky who was a real star. GoogleCan’t recommend Liam Darrell Estate Agents highly enough. From the initial valuation and marketing advice, and achieving a sale in the first week at over-asking price, to the superb communication from Diane, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother sale, it really was stress free, with updates as to progress, I didn’t have to worry about any aspect as Liam, Diane and team had everything covered. An absolutely first class service at a very reasonable price. Thank you for everything,

GoogleGood friendly and helpful service. Their service was especially appreciated as I live 240 miles away from Scarborough, they arranged for a tradesperson to apply a damp coarse and re-plaster a wall on my behalf. Good service all round.

GoogleNothing but a positive experience of selling my property with Liam and his team. Liam was warm, friendly and professional - his advice was honest and clear. There was lots of regular updates which was helpful too. Both Liam and Diane were really helpful right up to completion, with some issues. Diane was really quick to help out and always able to resolve things, whilst also being really friendly. Have already recommended to friends and when/if I need to sell again, I will use again without a doubt. Thank you 😊

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Liam Darrell. Bekky and Liam kept us updated throughout the process and were friendly and open in all our conversations. We were buying from out of area and they were helpful with info of local tradesmen, and someone else picking the keys up on completion day was no issue at all. Definitely recommend 😊
