Bekky Lenaghan at Liam Darrell Estate Agents was absolutely brilliant throughout the sale of our property. She was professional, friendly and, most importantly, excellent at communicating with us at every stage of what was, at times, a less-than-straightforward sale. Bekky kept me informed throughout and was always able to explain clearly what was happening, what the next steps were, and what we needed to do, even if that was simply to sit tight and not panic! That clear and regular communication made a real difference and was very reassuring, particularly when things became a little more complicated. I would highly recommend Bekky and the team at Liam Darrell Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell a property. Bekky will certainly be my first call if I need help with any future property sales.

We initially chose to sell our house with Liam Darrell due to his enthusiasm, modern marketing approach and online reviews. Bringing the property to market just before Christmas, and in a difficult economic time, meant that to begin with interest was limited. However, we were kept up to date with analytical information e.g. how many "hits" our property had received online etc. When Katie Watson took over the management of our sale, things seemed to fall into place quickly. We received excellent advice from her and her optimistic, pleasant personality filled us with confidence. Katie kept us fully informed with feedback from viewings and when an offer was made she guided us through the process to completion. We cannot praise her too highly! Many thanks to all concerned. We would fully recommend this agency.

Liam and his team have just dealt with our sale and purchase. We have been really impressed with the service given by them. Our house was marketed well and sold in the first two weeks. Liam is very down to earth and approachable. He obviously works very hard, working evenings and weekends to make it easier for customers to view properties. Once we had an offer accepted on a property Diane took over and helped us through the process, working as our liaison with the rest of the chain. Diane is amazing. Our process was lengthy and was not an easy one with a lot of issues but Diane worked tirelessly, talking to the rest of the chain and liaising with solicitors, and keeping us up to date. She sorted a lot of issues throughout the process and we feel had it not been for Diane the whole chain could have collapsed. She is a real asset to the team. We would highly recommend Liam Darrell and would use them again in the future

I can’t recommend Liam Darrell estate agents - enough. It was my second time using them and again it was a brilliant service. Personally it wasn’t an easy sale, but found Liam and his team were always very lovely and understanding. There was some issues within the chain prior to completion and Liam went over and above to ensure things were sorted within a timely manor. We first put our house on the market with Liam Darrell about a year ago. We accepted an offer on the very first day it went live, unfortunately that was the start of a roller coaster experience for us with the first buyer pulling out at the last minute. Then our second buyer did the same, and thankfully we secured our current buyer. All through this time it was so very stressful but the staff at Liam Darrell were amazing. Bekky kept us informed of progress and was a brilliant help with keeping us sane and acting as intermediary with solicitors and other estate agents. We can’t fault their service, they certainly go way beyond expectations, always cheerful, professional and ready to help. Would definitely recommend.
