I honestly cannot praise Liam Darrell Estate Agents enough! From the very beginning of my search for my first home, the entire team have been absolutely AMAZING! As a first-time buyer, I had absolutely no idea where to start, what to expect or how the whole process worked. The team have quite literally held my hand every step of the way, offering invaluable advice, reassurance and support throughout. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, no question has been too silly, and they have always gone above and beyond to help me. What really sets them apart is how genuinely caring, approachable and professional they are. They make you feel like a person rather than just another buyer, and you can tell they truly care about helping people find their perfect home. Having dealt with several other estate agents in the Scarborough area during my search, I can confidently say the difference is NIGHT AND DAY! The level of service, communication and genuine support from Liam Darrell Estate Agents is in a completely different league. They have exceeded every expectation I had! Buying your first home can feel incredibly daunting, but having such a wonderful team guiding you makes all the difference. I thoroughly recommend Liam Darrell Estate Agents. I chose them because I'd seen several houses rapidly sold in my road, all bearing the LD board. The agency found me a buyer within a fortnight and the process then unfolded with regular updates from LD and, especially towards the end when there were several solicitor/conveyancer complications over certificates, guarantees, indemnities, rights-of-way and more, LD were a great help. In particular, Darrell's Bekky is a huge asset to the firm, a personable, calming, unflappable lady efficiently sorting out paperwork, recommending excellent removers and generally helping me through every convoluted stage, for obviously she is more familiar with house moves than most of us! It was a pleasure to visit the office today and hand the keys over to a friendly and now familiar team. Many thanks!!
