GoogleWe had a perfect experience with Liam Darrell Estate Agents. We're first time buyers, so were a little unsure as to the process. We needn't have worried. Bekky was phenomenal all the way through - she took time to explain things, was very knowledgeable about the various elements of the process, was super-responsive to emails, and was always available to answer any questions we had (even out of office hours). And all with a warm and personal touch. Our purchase process was lengthy (due to a delay at the top of the chain), but Bekky was proactive in bringing it all to completion, and worked tirelessly to chase up various people. We would recommended this company without hesitation. Professional, friendly, hardworking, and reassuring at every step of the way. Huge thanks to Bekky and the Liam Darrell team!

GoogleDuring the 3 months that Diane of Liam Darrell estate agents worked with us she took a lot of the stress out of the move. Her local infomation about the transport links and local schools was extremely helpful. We’d been looking with various estate agents since January and one of the main reasons i decided to by our property was because Diane is how I remember proper old school estate agents used to be.Sales people without being pushy. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Great communicator.She went over and beyond with recommending surveyors and chasing up solicitors to push things along speedily.I would absolutely recommend Liam Darell Estates and ask for Diane

GoogleFrom the very beginning of my experience with Liam Darrell Estate Agents, they have been amazing. All the team have been so helpful and always polite and respectful. Bekky was my main contact and she has been fantastic. She has telephoned every week to see how I am and to update me on the sale of my home. Whenever I telephoned the office, Bekky always made time to speak to me and was always very reassuring, which was greatly appreciated. Bekky has also supported me in the purchase of my new property, chasing up solicitors and the estate agent. This has really helped getting things moving. I would definitely recommend using Liam Darrell's Estate Agents. Thank you all so much.

Googlecannot speak highly enough of Liam Darrell and their team. They have been amazing, guiding me every step of the way. From the smallest details to the larger issues, they have been incredibly fast, efficient, and attentive. They’ve shown immense patience, politeness, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. Whenever a problem arose, they were on it immediately, helping to reassure me during what has been a very stressful time. Without their help, this process would have been much harder. They have truly gone above and beyond, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. A wonderful team, simply the best. I am so grateful for everything they’ve done.

GoogleBekky and the team have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of offer to contract exchange, but especially in the latter months of the process when Bekky has been heavily involved in helping us get answers we needed, providing much needed advice and generally being a huge support throughout a process that has often been very stressful! She has helped to ease some of the stress and made the process run much smoother than it otherwise could have done!

Ours was a complicated sale and Bekky, Liam and Diane were brilliant.- especially the thoughtful way information is passed, you don’t get half a story and are then left to worry last thing at night. They come back to you when they say they will and we really felt the whole team knew the intricacies of our sale and were working together with all the solicitors, mortgage advisors- the lot, to get it over the line.

GoogleAbsolutely first class service from Liam Darrell Estate Agents . From initial contact, valuation then right through to completion they have been excellent communicators, always there to offer guidance and advice. Prior to viewings we always received an email notification with full details and post viewing we got very honest feedback which enabled us to adjust our pricing in what is a competitive Scarborough market. LD supported us throughout the actual sales process , speaking with the buyers , their solicitors and bringing any queries forward quickly so we could respond and move on in purchasing process. A massive “Thank You” to Diane who has been with us every step of the way, also Bekky & Neve who always stepped in to help and dealt with any questions we pushed their way. We would highly recommend using Liam Darrell if you’re thinking of marketing your property.

GoogleRight from the word go Liam Darrell's have been fantastic. We are first time buyers and didn't really know what to expect but were supported throughout. Bekky is an absolute asset to the company, she was sending and replying to emails after 9pm some nights when I wouldn't have expected a reply, always kept us up to date and went above and beyond. Liam Darrell's made the whole thing easy. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again whenever selling or buying in future, can't praise them enough!

GoogleLiam Darrell Estate Agent. Liam himself has a wealth of knowledge and ideas with lots of enthusiasm, whilst staying very professional. The big shout out has to go to Diane who goes above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure everyone is informed and aware of the steps you are at. Diane literally take the pressure off you by making herself available at anytime. So a big thank-you to Liam, Diane and the team. GoogleWe have exchanged contracts today on the purchase of a property marketed by Liam Darrell Estate Agents. As might be expected these days, the process of selling and buying houses in the UK never seems to run smoothly or without its challenges along the way. We have found the communication between ourselves and Liam Darrell has been excellent throughout, especially Diane! Should we ever consider buying/selling a property in the Scarborough area again, then we would not hesitate to contact Liam Darrell’s first.
