GoogleMy partner and I met with Tracey and we couldn't have had a nicer person showing us the property. Before we had arrived at the viewing Tracey had called to ensure we had no issues finding the address and we were met with a warm welcome when we got there. Not only was Tracey personable and informed on the property itself but also on the surrounding area, giving lots of great tips and advice! We then went to Mackay Property's office itself and were greeted with even more friendly and helpful members of staff. Michael who was looking after the sale of the property called later that afternoon, updating us on our offer very quickly. We're sure the rest of the process will continue to be as nice and easy as how it's started!

The communication channels were always open which made life easier. I particularly liked the walk-through video tour of the property - it made such a difference!

Great company, Great investors, it's only when a company serves her investors with truthfulness and reliability that it may produce great investors. This awesome company has been making thousands of people millionaires every year according to the company's info. At first I doubted, but at a point I decided to give them a trial and here I am now sharing my testimony. GoogleMonday 8th June 2020 it took lots of phone calls with lots of messages being left just to arrange a second viewing. The viewing then took place on the Wednesday 10th June. While on the viewing we decided to make an offer in which we were told would be refused but never the less the agent would get back to us with feedback. Well on Friday, we called for a responses to our offer and can you believe we were told somebody would get back to us !! Nearly a week later and still no feedback or response to our offer. Very unprofessional as these agency is and are instructed to sell properties for their vendors. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but come on whether you’re working from home or in an office a phone call takes seconds. No excuse for the lack of professionalism.

GoogleMyself and my wife met with Tracey Couser from Mackay, and she was a delight to work with. Even before viewing the actual property, we were treated to relevant information about the neighbourhood, the town and the amenities around. She was also able to gauge our fears and questions and deal with them accordingly. I found her to be very professional, friendly, patient and keen to go above and beyond.
