Monday 8th June 2020 it took lots of phone calls with lots of messages being left just to arrange a second viewing. The viewing then took place on the Wednesday 10th June. While on the viewing we decided to make an offer in which we were told would be refused but never the less the agent would get back to us with feedback. Well on Friday, we called for a responses to our offer and can you believe we were told somebody would get back to us !! Nearly a week later and still no feedback or response to our offer. Very unprofessional as these agency is and are instructed to sell properties for their vendors. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but come on whether you’re working from home or in an office a phone call takes seconds. No excuse for the lack of professionalism.

Super happy with the work that the team at Mackays put in to sell our house. From the video they shot to help sell the property, to the management of the chain to get us to Exchange, we could not be happier. It was evident the work that they put in at each stage and they managed to secure our sale at full asking price. All round great job.

An amazingly positive experience from start to finish! i have dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years but Mackay Property really stand out as exceptional! The others could learn a lot from them. The regular, thorough and accurate communication throughout the process has been a real pleasure and made everything so smooth and stress free. I honestly cannot believe how easy Mackay Property have made things for me. To me the little things also really do matter so when Rachel took the time to speak with my young children about what they would like from their new home and ask about what their interests were, etc it made them feel included by the agent and lets be honest they are just as important as i am when it comes to making a decision about where we live. I wont be using another agent again - Mackay Property were professional, honest and reliable throughout and the added bonus was that they added the personal touch of knowing my children's names and taking the time to get to know us and what would suit our family. Estate agents sometimes come with bad reputations but that is definitely not my experience of Mackay. The best I've ever had the pleasure of using. Michael who was my agent there was absolutely superb from start to finish. He was always professional, friendly, polite and went over and above in what ended up being a long and difficult move. He kept me well informed at every step of the way and was very knowledgeable on both the property I was buying and the whole process. Absolutely brilliant and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We tried to view four acres property no call back and when we called to find out she said she has lots of interest we can see it and wasn’t sold yet. I believe this agency is fraud and deceptive. If you want your house sold go else where they may sell it for more money. This person I think is holding it to friends and family for cheap.
