FacebookAdam Mackay and the whole team were absolutely fantastic. I was terrified at the start when I’d made this impulsive decision to move, but everyone at Mackay Property Agents actually made it feel so straight forward and looking back it has been an enjoyable experience. Who said moving house was one of the 3 biggest stresses in life?! Mackay Property Agents... I can’t thank you all enough.

Google10 stars to the whole Team at Mackay Property but especially Alison their Sales Progressor who all worked professionally and doubly hard to ensure the sale of my beloved home was as smooth as possible -- despite tricky chains in these difficult, testing times. Highly recommended.

FacebookTracey gave us a warm welcome when we visited the property, and was very knowledgeable about the house and local area. She took the time to show us round the house and helped to give it that homely feel. We had been looking for a property for a while, thank you Tracey for all your help!

GoogleFrom the first phone call to Mackay they had my attention, Tracey was polite, jovial and more importantly interested in my situation, it felt like someone wanted to help us sell our home and it wasn’t just another day in the office which I found when contacting some of the other agents. Tracey clearly loves what she does and it shows. From there we met Adam who completed our valuation, clearly new what he was doing and understood the market and talked to us about the best options and time to release are property to ensure the right buyers came along. The unique videos that showcase the property almost made us want to put an offer in. Since we have been dealing with Michael who is friendly, knowledgeable and again this isn’t just a job the team at mackays the passion they have for taking time and doing things right has been clear throughout the process, they all offer great advice, are not pushy and ensure you make the right decisions. Fabulous team, fabulous service, and proof that 1st impressions are key. We knew straight away that we wanted Tracey showing potential buyers around our home. Congrats Adam on assembling an exceptional team.

GoogleMackay and imparticularly Tracey were incredible. Tracey is probably one of the nicest and open people we have ever met and she went the extra mile to accommodate us. Very honest and really helped us come to our decision. After viewing so many other properties it became quite tiring and monotonous but after our viewing with Tracey, its no stretch to say that we left revitalised. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Tracey and Mackay Property for any property purchase. Thank you.

GoogleReally pleased with the service from Tracy at Mackays. We were looking to Purchase and had dealt with many agents over the 5 months. We found Tracey direct talking and kept communication flowing which we really appreciated. Dealing Mackays and Tracey was a breath of fresh air as we were losing faith with agents . We found our dream home via Mackays. Once our offer was accepted, we was put into a WhatsApp group which gave us direct contact with the whole team which is a great idea and keeping the customer service aftercare to us. Highly recommended.

FacebookMackay’s have recently sold my house and the service was absolutely fantastic. I can not recommend Mackay’s enough, dealing with Adam was so easy and any questions/queries he came back to me very quick. My house sale was not the easiest to deal with as my house was a renovated property, there were certain compliance’s to abide with. During this process I have been dealing with Alison from Mackay’s with helping to complete the sale, wow, she was so efficient and any issues she helped me to resolve along the way, I have never had such a quality service from an Estate Agents. Mackay’s come highly recommend from me and if you were looking to choose an agent for your house sale there is certainly no others that can beat them. Thank you for making this a easier process..
