Adam was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout our viewing. He answered all our questions, gave us plenty of time to look around the property without feeling rushed, and shared lots of useful information about the house, the development, and the local area. He also kindly drove us around Bishop’s Stortford to show us the schools and other key locations, and even recommended some local restaurants, which we tried and loved! His help made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. We would highly recommend him!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Muvin highly enough. From day one they tailored the entire sale and purchase strategy around us. It didn’t feel generic, not templated, but something that genuinely reflected our situation, our timings, and the challenges we faced along the way. They’ve been incredibly professional throughout, and I can say without hesitation that they’re the reason our purchase stayed alive during some very tricky moments. They didn’t just “manage” the process, they actively drove and cared! A special mention has to go to Alison, their progression officer. I’ve spoken to her regularly for the last six months (to the point where it felt like I was talking to a friend), and she has been nothing short of outstanding. Calm, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting us over the line. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her! Muvin went well beyond all expectations on every aspect of our sale and purchase, and they more than justified their (very reasonable) fee. Ed at Muvin Agent was very helpful throughout the rental process. Communication was clear and timely, and he kept me updated at each stage, particularly as my application involved some less conventional paperwork. He guided me through the process with a practical and professional approach, and it was clear he had a good level of experience. He was always happy to answer questions, help with requested changes, and explain anything that wasn't immediately clear. What I appreciated most was the personal service. Rather than feeling like I was being pushed through a rigid automated process, I was able to deal directly with someone who understood the situation and responded promptly. My reputation means more to me than anything in the world. As an agent, if I say I’m gonna deliver something, I better deliver or do all in my power and die trying… And part of my business model as agent means I sometimes have to seek the assistance of professional agents that deliver results for their clients too. On three occasions I’ve sought Adam and team to help sell my clients homes. And every time Adam has delivered. Two of the property’s were on the market for over a year with agents that promised the earth and delivered nothing. Adam had them under offer within a month with one of them achieving £5000 over asking. Suffice to say, I’ve introduced a fourth home to his team. Hopefully they’ll get that too. Great agent. We knew that when the time came to sell our Sawbridgeworth home the only agents worth instructing would be Mackay Property and they did an amazing job. Every member of the team were exceptional; Adam, Chloe, Michael and Ollie were directly involved in our sale and could not do enough to help. They found us a lovely buyer and when we were particularly unlucky with a solicitor in our chain (please DO NOT EVER use O’Neill Patient conveyancers if you want to move house in this lifetime) they went above and beyond to make sure everything still went through. Mackay Property seem to be committed to bettering the experience not just of the client (both buyer and seller) but also a community. Highly recommend.
