Google6 viewings with no hassle and sold within a week. Tried the "no comission " lot , 5 weeks and nothing and i had to do that all myself. Mackay worth every penny , no hassle , 100 % straight forward , all done for me . If selling a house do yourself a favour and talk to these people before instructing anyone else

GoogleWe've met with Tracey from Mackay's at a couple of properties on our long search for our next home. The best agent we've viewed with in East Herts! She has made our experience really enjoyable, it's a pleasure to be shown around by Tracey, she really knows her stuff about each property, owner and area. She is also welcoming and accommodating of our baby who attends viewings with us, which makes a huge difference for us. In the nicest possible way -- we hope we see less of Tracey... when she finds us our dream home ;) I hope to update this review to say so one day soon.

GoogleMy partner and I met with Tracey and we couldn't have had a nicer person showing us the property. Before we had arrived at the viewing Tracey had called to ensure we had no issues finding the address and we were met with a warm welcome when we got there. Not only was Tracey personable and informed on the property itself but also on the surrounding area, giving lots of great tips and advice! We then went to Mackay Property's office itself and were greeted with even more friendly and helpful members of staff. Michael who was looking after the sale of the property called later that afternoon, updating us on our offer very quickly. We're sure the rest of the process will continue to be as nice and easy as how it's started!

Googlei was shown round a house in Bishops Stortford By a very nice young Man called Michael Brett,the house unfortunately wasn't for me but i would use Mackay again because of young Michael who i think was all that a good estate agent should be (honest & very Knowledgeable both good traits )

GoogleMonday 8th June 2020 it took lots of phone calls with lots of messages being left just to arrange a second viewing. The viewing then took place on the Wednesday 10th June. While on the viewing we decided to make an offer in which we were told would be refused but never the less the agent would get back to us with feedback. Well on Friday, we called for a responses to our offer and can you believe we were told somebody would get back to us !! Nearly a week later and still no feedback or response to our offer. Very unprofessional as these agency is and are instructed to sell properties for their vendors. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but come on whether you’re working from home or in an office a phone call takes seconds. No excuse for the lack of professionalism.NegativeProfessionalism
