From the moment I first spoke to Chloe on the phone I really hoped this would be the estate agents to find us our home.. her professionalism and positive energy made the conversation so natural and left me feeling excited to work with this agency. At our viewings Ollie made it so easy and answered all our questions fully with such honestly which left us feeling very confident with them as a company. We then dealt with Paul who again continued the brilliant service and helped us get the place we wanted. I couldn’t recommend this agency enough, so far we have been more than happy with them and how they have dealt with every step. They are friendly, informative and make it all seem easy. Nothing is ever a problem for them and they go out of there way to help you. They really do seem to be more than just estate agents and I hope to continue working with them over the years to come. Thanks for everything Mackay!!

I purchased my flat through Mackay in 2018 and had a fantastic experience, so when I came to lease it earlier this year it was a no-brainer to go back to them. Rachel was fantastic and helped me through the leasing process which I'd never done before. No question was too stupid and they did everything they could to arrange viewings around my needs. Even now the property is let, they always reply to my emails straight away and are quick to resolve any queries that I have. I simply couldn't recommend them enough.

Mckay property has been fantastic from start to finish. We went to them because of reputation and it was well deserved. My family and I were selling our late father's home and as well as being compassionate to our situation, they were absolute professionals. They began by producing a 3D tour of the house, (which was a service other agents didn't provide) and put together a really detailed portfolio of the house. They were tireless in coming up with new ways to advertise the house. They kept us informed of all developments and were quick to get back to us with when we had questions. In tricky market conditions, they got us the buyer at the right price. Amazing service, so thanks to Adam and Micheal

We've been renting a property through Mackay Property for over 5 years and have been extremely happy. We have had no real issues with the property itself and have always been able to speak to friendly staff if we did need anything at all. I feel like they really care about their tenants and so ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Flat inspections are every 6 months and, as someone who suffers from anxiety, I've been nervous about them but I don't feel that anymore as Rachel is lovely. She's friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mackay Property to anyone. 😊

I live abroad and wanted to purchase a flat for investment. The staff at Mackay visited some local flats, took photos between us we chose a suitable one. It was an excellent choice! After they had organised a few necessary repairs, tenants were quickly found. The rental department handled the tenancy agreement, inventory, referencing, etc., quickly and efficiently. The highly efficient staff managed the property for me, collecting the rent and sending monthly statements, as well as conducting quarterly inspections and sending photos and reports. Due to an unexpected change of circumstances, I decided reluctantly to sell the flat. I spoke to Adam in early January and the sales team started to handle the marketing. I asked him to try to find an investment buyer rather than put the tenants out of their home. An investment buyer was found in less than 4 weeks, so it meant the tenants could stay. Michael Brett handled the sale, occasionally assisted by Paul Johnstone, and the sale went through from start to completion within 6 weeks! Everyone I dealt with, both in the rental and sales departments, were always helpful, and polite, worked hard and gave their best attention at all times. I can’t commend the Mackay’s team, highly enough and will definitely contact them in the future when I want to purchase another property in the area .

10 stars to the whole Team at Mackay Property but especially Alison their Sales Progressor who all worked professionally and doubly hard to ensure the sale of my beloved home was as smooth as possible -- despite tricky chains in these difficult, testing times. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mackay. They were quick to respond and always sorted any issue that I may have had. I recently moved out and they made it quick, easy and completely stress free under the circumstances, particularly Rachel who was/is a star. Gill is also lovely. If I am in the market to rent again I will certainly be using Mackay.

Really pleased with the service from Tracy at Mackays. We were looking to Purchase and had dealt with many agents over the 5 months. We found Tracey direct talking and kept communication flowing which we really appreciated. Dealing Mackays and Tracey was a breath of fresh air as we were losing faith with agents . We found our dream home via Mackays. Once our offer was accepted, we was put into a WhatsApp group which gave us direct contact with the whole team which is a great idea and keeping the customer service aftercare to us. Highly recommended.

Mackay and imparticularly Tracey were incredible. Tracey is probably one of the nicest and open people we have ever met and she went the extra mile to accommodate us. Very honest and really helped us come to our decision. After viewing so many other properties it became quite tiring and monotonous but after our viewing with Tracey, its no stretch to say that we left revitalised. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Tracey and Mackay Property for any property purchase. Thank you.

I have just recently completed on my first house sale through Mackay - they made the process simple and clear, had great local knowledge, and were always on hand to answer questions and recommend good value, local options for things like surveys, photography and EPCs. Big thanks to Michael, Daisy and Alison who I spoke with most - I would 100% recommend Mackay to anyone selling a home in the area, great experience all round!

Very happy with the service from Mackays. We were re-locating and needed to sell our house in order to move into rented while we waited for our new house to be built (due to complete by February). Everything went smoothly and within 2 months we were on our way! Thank you to Adam, Paul and MIchael!

An amazing experience from the first time my partner and I entering the shop in Sawbridgeworth to be greeted by Michael to book an appointment. Adam came round spent time with us, with such professionalism and knowledge. It was without hesitation we choose Mackays independent agent to sell our home. Michael and Adam came round took stunning photos and a video to show off our property to its full potential. The response was outstanding, the viewings came flooding in. The communication from every member of Mackays staff was impeccable throughout the sale. It was within a few days we had paperwork signed, marketing done and on the market. We sold within the week! The professionalism, friendly, attention to detail was second to none. We have now completed and very happy with the whole package of excellent service we received from Mackays. I would strongly recommend Adam, Michael, Paul and the complete team at Mackays. In fact I have already, and Mackays have come up again trumps with selling my mum's property for her again within a week! Look no further Mackays are the estate agent to go for to get results and fast. Thanks so much again Mackays! A very happy customer and it has been a plessure in working together with you.

Amazing service from start to finish and couldn’t have been more pleased. Can’t recommend this agent highly enough. Just absolutely brilliant in every way, and we felt from the very start that Adam Mackay was a person who we could trust and who genuinely wanted us to find the process of selling our house as hassle-free as possible. Every aspect of the sale was handled expertly and efficiently. Adam and his team kept in close contact with us throughout and always responded very quickly and helpfully to our queries. We were fortunate enough to have a quick offer on our house, but a number of difficulties arose from our solicitor (useless at times) and from an unbelievably awkward member of the chain. Adam managed everything brilliantly, and was constantly proactive in dealing with the process and with the rest of the chain. Frankly, some of the others were just bonkers, and he was wonderful at looking after our interests and banging a few heads together when it was needed. The best estate agent ever, and we doubt that any other agent would have handled it all so adroitly.

My Husband and I met with Tracey to view a property and we were so very impressed with the service we received. Tracey took the time to give us so much information about the property and surrounding area that you would normally have to ask for or look into yourself. Tracey was professional, friendly, honest and extremely informative.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
