Google6 viewings with no hassle and sold within a week. Tried the "no comission " lot , 5 weeks and nothing and i had to do that all myself. Mackay worth every penny , no hassle , 100 % straight forward , all done for me . If selling a house do yourself a favour and talk to these people before instructing anyone else
Thank you for the nice review. we love to help people move.

GoogleWe've met with Tracey from Mackay's at a couple of properties on our long search for our next home. The best agent we've viewed with in East Herts! She has made our experience really enjoyable, it's a pleasure to be shown around by Tracey, she really knows her stuff about each property, owner and area. She is also welcoming and accommodating of our baby who attends viewings with us, which makes a huge difference for us. In the nicest possible way -- we hope we see less of Tracey... when she finds us our dream home ;) I hope to update this review to say so one day soon.

GoogleFrom the moment I viewed rental properties with Mackay (a few years ago) the lettings staff have always gone above and beyond to help me and I couldn't be more grateful. They are always very understanding if there are any issues, their communication is professional and informative and their responses are efficient and quite frankly unbelievably quick and effective! As someone who has rented for many years I am so impressed with this company and how they do business, I wouldn't want to rent from another agent again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe team at Mackay are the best. They are always there to sort out any queries and ensue that the tenants and the landlords are kept up to date with things at all times. If only all agents were the same. I would not use any other agent for managing my properties. Peter Morris

GoogleZero communication. Had to chase everything up myself. No returning of calls. Then days later application rejected with no feedback.
We are sorry your application was rejected.

GoogleMyself and my wife met with Tracey Couser from Mackay, and she was a delight to work with. Even before viewing the actual property, we were treated to relevant information about the neighbourhood, the town and the amenities around. She was also able to gauge our fears and questions and deal with them accordingly. I found her to be very professional, friendly, patient and keen to go above and beyond.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
