I recently moved out and they made it quick, easy and completely stress free under the circumstances, particularly Rachel who was/is a star. Gill is also lovely. From the first phone call to Mackay they had my attention, Tracey was polite, jovial and more importantly interested in my situation, it felt like someone wanted to help us sell our home and it wasn’t just another day in the office which I found when contacting some of the other agents. Tracey clearly loves what she does and it shows. From there we met Adam who completed our valuation, clearly new what he was doing and understood the market and talked to us about the best options and time to release are property to ensure the right buyers came along. The unique videos that showcase the property almost made us want to put an offer in. Since we have been dealing with Michael who is friendly, knowledgeable and again this isn’t just a job the team at mackays the passion they have for taking time and doing things right has been clear throughout the process, they all offer great advice, are not pushy and ensure you make the right decisions. Fabulous team, fabulous service, and proof that 1st impressions are key. We knew straight away that we wanted Tracey showing potential buyers around our home. An amazing experience from the first time my partner and I entering the shop in Sawbridgeworth to be greeted by Michael to book an appointment. Adam came round spent time with us, with such professionalism and knowledge. It was without hesitation we choose Mackays independent agent to sell our home. Michael and Adam came round took stunning photos and a video to show off our property to its full potential. The response was outstanding, the viewings came flooding in. The communication from every member of Mackays staff was impeccable throughout the sale. It was within a few days we had paperwork signed, marketing done and on the market. We sold within the week! Amazing service from start to finish and couldn’t have been more pleased. Can’t recommend this agent highly enough. Just absolutely brilliant in every way, and we felt from the very start that Adam Mackay was a person who we could trust and who genuinely wanted us to find the process of selling our house as hassle-free as possible. Every aspect of the sale was handled expertly and efficiently. Adam and his team kept in close contact with us throughout and always responded very quickly and helpfully to our queries. We were fortunate enough to have a quick offer on our house, but a number of difficulties arose from our solicitor (useless at times) and from an unbelievably awkward member of the chain. Adam managed everything brilliantly, and was constantly proactive in dealing with the process and with the rest of the chain. Frankly, some of the others were just bonkers, and he was wonderful at looking after our interests and banging a few heads together when it was needed. The best estate agent ever, and we doubt that any other agent would have handled it all so adroitly.

Estate agents sometimes come with bad reputations but that is definitely not my experience of Mackay. Michael who was my agent there was absolutely superb from start to finish. He was always professional, friendly, polite and went over and above in what ended up being a long and difficult move.
