GoogleI am very disappointed with my dealings with this agency. I rented a house and the repairs agreed to be done before moving were not done. The property was not cleaned i had to start cleaning once i moved. The bathrooms still had hair inside the showers!!!

Just seems like a lot of money for paperwork and an additional payment because I had a guarantor didn't really help. Staff were more than helpful explaining everything to me
Glad to hear that our staff have explained everything to you. At Intercounty we instruct independent companies to ensure our Landlords are given completely unbiased information. The administration fee is not simply a payment for Intercounty but covers all the referencing, the Right to Rent checks, safety compliance checks, preparation of the tenancy agreement and guarantors agreement. As you needed a Guarantor there was an additional fee for the extra referencing, compliance checks and additional paperwork required.If you would like to discuss this matter further please contact Caroline Rutherford our Lettings Director on 01279 655248.

Overall very good experience. Helpful and efficient.However, I find the administration fees very expensive. I would find it more reasonable to be on the range of maximum 200 pounds.
Thank you for the feedback and we are glad you had a positive experience with Intercounty. We will take on board your comments about the fee’s but we do constantly review charges, whilst we are aware that other estate agents charge less, in order to provide the service level we strive to meet, we have increased costs and as such, we have to pass these on.
