Professional and customer-focussed

Intercounty were very effective, customer-focussed, professional letting agents. They understood our needs quickly and did not hassle us for feedback on every property we saw. They were knowledgeable and personable, whenever we needed information from them they were very prompt and professional. In particular this review applies to Harry S, who was our primary contact and very reliable throughout, however the rest of the team we engaged with were excellent too.

In all my experiences with Intercounty Estate Agents the team were friendly and helpful with all enquiries. There were good handovers between team members which meant if the person I needed to speak to in the office wasn't in then somebody else was always able to deal with my enquiry. Mixed experience

I have used Intercounty once to buy a property and was not impressed with their efficiency and knowledge. The process of buying would have been much shorter if they had kept their mind on the process.As for using them as a letting agency, I have mixed feelings. but I have found their staff both good and friendly but lacking in efficiency. they are no worse than other agencies I have used.
