Great experience and customer care from Dixons! I’ve been messed around by lettings for a couple of months but with these guys it was a very smooth transition from viewing to renting the house! Would highly recommend, Teliah and the team were very friendly and welcoming. HOWEVER, definitely needed some music in the office as it was silent! Please allow some tunes, even the radio will do!

Fantastic service received. From making a viewing to signing for a property, everything was amazing and highly recommended. The process was made very easy and welcoming by the staff. Teliah was amazing with the rental process. I would recommend some soft low level music in the office to give more of an atmosphere to what already seemed like a great office and working environment.

We reported a repair a year ago which had not been sorted by staff despite many phone calls and emails. We made a follow up phone call and were put through to Dal Bains for the first time. Within the hour he had arranged for a contactor to come out for a quote, ran it past the landlord and fixed a date for the following week for the repair to take place. Thank you Dal for your efficiency in providing a swift resolution to our problem.

Recently put an offer in for my first house and was super daunted by all the legal and morgage requirements that needed to be in place to make the purchase complete. Thankfully the team at Dixons Acocks Green helped me. Adam, Lee and Courtney were always a phone call away. I would recommend anyone buying there first home to buy the hand in hand house purchase service provided by Adam it does come at a fee but well worth it as all solicitors are in house and he will save you allot on your monthly morgage repayments.

I did not receive the level of mortgage…

I did not receive the level of mortgage support I expected from this company. While their general customer service was satisfactory, the mortgage advisor was not helpful. Despite charging a substantial fee, I do not feel that he secured the best possible deal for me. In my view, Mr. Mazar Singh appeared more focused on maximising his own profit than on acting in the best interests of the customer, particularly given his £700 fee.

Dixons Erdington made it easy

I've recently completed, I was a first time buyer, I'd had a previous bad experience where a dodgy seller pulled out at the last minute and cost me money, I was kind of struggling with the whole process, but Dixons made it easy for me. I was shown round the property by Alison, who knew everything about the property and the area, even who the neighbours were, then from there Sarah handled it and she was brilliant, always keeping me informed and chasing the other solicitor. Then my solicitor went into administration and couldn't carry on working and even then Sarah told me exactly what to do and handled it all for me once I had a new solicitor. It was a massive relief in the end. I'd definitely recommend Dixons after that.

Dixons - Erdington Branch - my brother and I sold our late parents property through Dixons Erdington. Charlotte Rose is a magician! Charlotte was superb from the outset with open and honest discussions about the property and excellent advice to sell the property via the Modern Auction Method. Charlotte had developers/buyers on her books who didn’t waste time. They visited the house and confirmed the same afternoon that they wanted to buy the house. A stress-free sale with no fuss and no mess. Also, Charlotte was very supportive, caring and assisted with arranging ID checks and documentation for my brother. Charlotte, again, turned into a magician by having a stunning flat on her books which was perfect for my brother and she negotiated a great price. Well what can I say there are not enough complimentary words in the English dictionary to describe the staff at this branch. My main dealings were with Sarah, and what an absolutely fantastic service I received, to say Sarah went above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe her dedication and enthusiasm. I never had any problems getting hold of staff, with Sarah regularly and kindly responding to my queries and questions outside of her working hours! Communication was great and no questions or requests were to much trouble. The whole team had a cheery can do attitude when I spoke with them including Lori and Jan and it made what is usually a stressful process of selling a house easy and calm. I would never ever ever use a different estate agents and highly recommend these guys, especially Sarah, I cannot thank these guys enough
