Connells very poor response, no ownership from agents to attend to tenants issues, takes months to fix heating issues at the property.i have never had such a bad experience with any other agencies before.

Ridiculous fees for a first time move. Payed nearly £500 for no help whatsoever. Started paying rent before we were allowed to move in. Wish we went elsewhere. Staff seem uninterested to help.
