Communication between departments is non existent. Have read through their reviews and quite honestly you think they would want to up their game. So many poor reviews. I do not recommend rentals from this company.

TrustpilotNever use Connells
Never use Connells. They are very greedy. They put the property price very high on the market than the valuation amount. We put in an offer on a property and the valuation came almost 40k less.

Down valued the property we fell in love with by 50k (for what reason?), left a big hole in our pockets and no property at the end of it all.

TrustpilotAdministratively incompetent
Administratively incompetent. Sadly the CoOp (my Freeholder) use these clowns as their managing agent. Every single invoice I get from them is incorrect and requires call after call to get fixed. Utterly useless.

Avoid at all cost, as seller and as buyer. Will sell only if you go with the mortgage advisor at the branch and solicitor. Waste of ime

TrustpilotAwful customer service
They never, and I mean never, pick up the phones. Avoid going with this estate agent.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
