I don’t even know where to begin.... the company is an absolute joke. Totally horrific experience so bad I had to take my complaint to the ombudsman. I will never use these bunch of misfits again.

They are scam. Trying to lure you in to sell you their mortgage and their broker who will rip you off. Even if you already have mortgage papers ready their pursue you to take their own. AVOID

Currently renting a house through Connells. I am truly disappointed! They keep promising us that the constructor will come ‘today’ to fix reported issues but no one ever shows up and it’s been 5 weeks! No apologies either!

Twice in one year 2 separate agents have failed to show up an inspection they arranged. Took money for an extension of the rental contract, but didn't tell us landlord hadn't agreed until 4 months later. Utterly incompetent and no communication.

Absolutely rubbish, I put an offer in on a house and they declined it because I couldn't view it on a certain day that suited them!Oh well there's plenty of estate agents, these are not one of use. Utterly unprofessional

Absolutely terrible. Andrew Scott of Connells refused to put a rental valuation on our property. He was then stubborn and arrogant when we queried it. I have an EXTREMELY dim view of this business...

Awful service. No feed back. One viewing in 3 months. No feedback from that. They’re getting no money fro me. Take me to court. I’ve recorded all calls. Abysmal amateurs. Need new manager.

Extremely Disappointed as landlord.Worst service ever. Lack of Communication which in some cases cost to landlords. Being the first time landlord they don't think even once to cheat you by making false promises. I would never recommend anyone to Connells.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
