GooglePLEASE BE CAREFUL. Agent gave assurances regarding deposit. He then insisted that we could not prove that these conversations occurred because it was over the phone. Extremely Extremely dishonest. Be very Careful.
Since you share the same surname as Anjola Olukoya and his wife Temwa Love Tembo it would be fair to assume you are a family member. We understand you wish to support your family who were tenants with us however, since you were not the tenant(s) or in any way, shape or form connected to the tenancy and we never had any dealings with you, we find your review interesting as a non-tenant. We could equally say the same about you however, that would be unfair as we do not know you. A full response to both Anjola And Temwa has been provided to the points they raise on here. We are happy to publish more of the evidence if necessary on this public platform if the ex-tenants wish to continue this matter on our business pages. A landlord-tenant dispute was adjudicated by an independent dispute resolution service where the landlord’s claim was upheld. The deposit was apportioned by the adjudicator and both parties received their dues.
