Paul Meakin of Selsdon, were the agents we were buying our house from. Dealing with us was Gill Artwright, she was amazing as she was dealing with a chain of 9 houses. Gill kept us updated and ensured we all were aware of where each of us were on every stage, Gill would be very prompt in returning our calls and emails. Gill went an extra mile and was amazing and brilliant to synchronise all 9 houses to complete and move on the the same day despite nail biting last minute hiccups. To rate Gill as 5 star is underrating her, we give her 10 golden stars.⭐ Thank you Gill Artwright.

Amazing Estate Agents

I cannot recommend Paul Meakin enough. From the moment they came to value our house to the day of completion, they were amazing. Amelia took all of the photos of our house and made it look perfect, Michelle helped us to sell it within a few days and Gill was an amazing sales progressor. She helped us through the whole process once under offer and was an incredible support to us. Gill was extremely responsive, keeping us in the loop at all stages and helping to answer any queries. Highly recommend the team at Paul Meakin, Selsdon

I needed to sell my family home that held 60+ years of memories and from the start I had the professionalism of Sam who gave me very sound advice whilst understanding that there were emotional ties involved for me and was sensitive to this. Very quickly there were a number of prospective buyers. When I had accepted an offer Gill worked tirelessly to see through the process for me and the buyers. There were some unforeseen matters to solve and the communication was excellent from Gill which enabled us to conclude things as soon as possible. The team are friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I bought my property in New Addington through Paul Meakin and as a first time buyer, the whole process was difficult at beginning. But the supports and professional advices that I received from the team in the Addington branch made it easy for me as things were progressing. Throughout our tenancy overseen by Paul Meakin Estate Agents we were guided through it by Aimee Taylor. We found her very personable, honest and forthright. Although there was a boiler problem initially, she dealt with this with alacrity and brought it to a satisfactory conclusion.Owing to problems with our chain of purchase, we had to ask for two extensions to our tenancy. One of the best agents in the area

Having interacted with most of the local estate agents in the South Croydon area, Paul Meakin have been one of the most professional agents we have dealt with. Aimee showed us a couple of properties and was prompt and professionalism personified, and nothing was too much trouble. This followed through to us finding a rental (which I had previously contacted another agency about and had been informed it had gone!. During the contract process, Aimee was incredibly understanding and flexible with a number of things that cropped up on our end. Paul Meakin’s check in process is incredibly comprehensive and every mark documented and photographed - I was very impressed! I would encourage landladies/landlords to use Paul Meakin (coming from a prospective tenant I suspect a statement like this to be rare!)
