Manchester's handled the sale of our house very professionally and dealt with all parts of the sale quickly and efficiently and for a very fair cost. This is the second time they have dealt with a conveyance for us. They are in my opinion a very friendly company and all concerned with the sale were very helpful in my dealings with the forms etc, and showed an excellent knowledge of the property market and all the legal aspects required.

Slow and rare feedback and on several occasions no-one available on the Estate Agency staff when calling by telephone
Mr Nichols I am sorry that you feel the service we provided fell short of what we usually provide. We carried out 26 viewings in the first week of marketing and achieved offers over the asking price in that week, one of which was accepted which is actually exceptionally fast. If agency staff are out on viewings, they will always return your call as soon as they are back. We recently completed a house sale in Sanderstead with Manchesters. Several things really impressed us. The knowledge of the local area, frequent communication so that we were always aware of progress, the degree of personal service and awareness of our property details were much better than any previous dealings with estate agents. No hesitation in recommending them to vendors.
