Hannah James Estate Agent have responded to my letters and emails in a timely manner. They have always been prompt to confirm any important information, in relation to the progress of their work, in an email. In addition, all their emails and their letters have been written in a professional manner, they are very clear and the content of the letter or email is appropriate in relation to the matter that was being discussed.

Due in no fault to themselves unfortunately a few offers did fall through but in the end we achieved what I think was a fair price for the empty property. Pippa and Natalie were superb. Over the past 3 years We had to sell both our mothers homes. They ended up in care homes and during the sale of one house our mother passed away. This then required going through probate , the sale we had was lost and we ended up in the market stall due to the war in Ukrane. Throughout all of this the staff at Hannah James were fantastic. They felt our pain! They treated us as friends rather than sellers. Despite many issues they persevered and the property was sold. Having them local, onsite and combined with the solicitors made the frequent issues so much easier to solve. Our other property had a few issues, but again being local they just got on with them and we acheived the asking peice. We have nothing but praise of their services.

We had an excellent customer experience from Manchester Durman. James Manchester was exceptional as both an estate agent and conveyancing solicitor. During an unpredictable housing market, James and the team sold our house very quickly and for a good price. The team were always professional and available. The telephone was answered promptly - no hanging on for an answer machine - and email was also managed effectively. Every member of the team gave us time so that we felt very valued customers.
By combining the solicitors with the estate agents we were able to communicate easily and readily with James to understand the legal aspects of the sale and purchase. The quality of service received was not at the expense of speed - the sale and purchase proceeded quickly with James working proactively to maintain the pace, minimising the chance of losing our dream property.

All the staff who work there are very understanding & helpful during this, being a very stressful time. We had a problem with a buyer pulling out at the last minute, Manchester Durman were on the case straight away & we found another buyer in no time at all & eventually sold the house for a lot more money.
James did all the conveyancing on my onward purchase, he suggested I get a drain survey after telling him the age of the property, thank god I did, the drains will require replacing at rear & front relined, I managed to get more off the house price because of this.
