All the team at manchesters did a fantastic job of the sale of our property and on the legal side. Very reasonable cost and an impeccable service. Not only are the team very professional in what they do, they have a vast knowledge in the property market and are also very good a communicating throughout the buying/selling process which is a huge benefit! We have just used Manchester Durman as estate agents and conveyancers for the sale of my father's property after he passed away. James and his team were highly efficient, helpful and incredibly respectful at a very difficult time. The conveyancing went particularly smoothly because the same team had also acted as estate agents. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Mr Nichols I am sorry that you feel the service we provided fell short of what we usually provide. We carried out 26 viewings in the first week of marketing and achieved offers over the asking price in that week, one of which was accepted which is actually exceptionally fast. If agency staff are out on viewings, they will always return your call as soon as they are back. The knowledge of the local area, frequent communication so that we were always aware of progress, the degree of personal service and awareness of our property details were much better than any previous dealings with estate agents. Manchesters are extremely good at their job. We were kept informed at all times and had every confidence in the team in securing a quick sale and completion. We would highly recommend using Manchesters as your estate agent. Also they offer legal advice and services with the sale which helps with a speedy completion. All members of staff are polite and well trained/informed.
