From the start of finding a new home Michael (from the crewe branch) made our whole experience really straightforward. He let us know via phonecall or email the next steps and let us know when they were complete . They have pulled out all the stops, got us convenient (to us) viewings and really stepped up when we found a place to make a bid on.
