GoogleLuke and the team have really helped me regarding a tenancy agreement. The process was not altogether straight forward however they remained patient at all times and communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I would recommend and use again.

GoogleWe recently completed on the purchase of a bungalow. The vendor was resident overseas which proved difficult sometimes with information flow. However Nathan kept us up to speed with the status of our purchase and always responded quickly to any queries we had. We will definitely be using him again in any future house transactions

I have rented through Northwood Salisbury for the past 2 and a half years. The service I received was exemplary, the processes were painless and efficient. The staff have been very friendly and supportive (this was my first time renting having recently left my marital home, I'm not the best with forms etc) Throughout the team have been brilliant and have communicated regularly to ensure that everything was as it should be. When there was an issue with any part of the flat (light switch was one example where it had broken from the wall) the team wasted no time in getting someone out to fix it so that the flat was in great condition for me to live in. Easily a 5* service, thank you!!!

Not only did he find suitable properties to rent, he also helped to make sure all my documents were correct, and was very quick to respond to emails when I needed support. I've now been provisionally accepted for a property which I'm very hopeful about, and I know I wouldn't have achieved this as easily without his help. Highly recommend.

This was our first time renting a property and the friendly way in which Adam and Pari dealt with us helped put us at ease at a time which could otherwise have been quite stressful. We had a few teething troubles with the property and Pari was great in sorting these out for us. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at the Salisbury office which has a really friendly atmosphere as well as a professional approach. GoogleWe needed to upgrade from a flat to a house but we don’t really know to approach everything. We worked with a different agency before and it kind of failed us. When we walked in, we didn’t expect everything to go so smoothly... Valentina was very friendly and knowledgeable, helped us with our choice , and we decided very quickly. The team they work with for transition is very good and the house even better than initially presented, so they are very honest about everything they do! Highly recommended! Thank you!

GoogleEveryone that we have had dealings with at Northwood have been a tremendous help to Suzanne and I in renting our property. We agree with a previous review that we too have felt well advised throughout and there have not been any worries or problems. Particularly, we would like to thank both Luke and Ginny for their professionalism both in the actual letting and also maintenance matters which were quickly fixed at a reasonable price. Good advice throughout really with little fuss. Recommended by us.

I find the professionalism exhibited by the entire team set at a high standard. One standout individual during my time with Northwood is Sarah N. Her resourcefulness and proactive approach means that I am well-informed about the tasks at hand before I even arrive to a job, meaning issues are resolved in a quick and efficient manor.
