The sales agent is a really lovely and helpful guy; however I must be the most unlucky investor. I signed for two properties between 3-4 years ago and paid around £100k in total.As of now, one has gone bankrupt leaving me unsecured and having lost my full 50% deposit, the other one is delayed and delayed endlessly and I doubt it will ever complete.What are my options?I am angry, really frustrated by poor communication leaving me very upset and I do blame RW Invest.I want to assign these contracts and retrieve my money but am not getting any help in achieving this.Therefore I cannot rate this company or recommend them to anyone else.

Good to meet up with Lewis today for a tour of my ‘near complete’ apartment. Tour lasted about an hour so access to both my apartment, the show apartment and other facilities on site. Only disappointment was to receive a parking ticket, having parked, were suggested before the viewing. It would be helpful for R W Invest to know where clients should park to avoid parking tickets.

The investment property that I have purchased Via RW invest is close to exceptional. It's beyond the expectations of what was sold off plan. I was then given a two to one tour of the site that was not rushed, extremely informative no sales patter or nonsense. Very happy with the purchase and the team at RW Invest. This is my second purchase, and i have found that the after service is good, functional and factual. No nonsense. You know where you stand. im still a new investor but so far, so good.

I have purchased 4 flats via RW. Unfortunately it was not always a smooth experience so far. After contract exchange the client service seems to be poor. The only time when I am contacted is when I am supposed to pay. I have not received client updates on the properties so far. The only two people who were great from the team are Ed and Brad.Unfortunately he has left since then.Rw my advice would be to focus on the full customer journey because that will be benefitial in the long term.

I posted a true and factual review of this company on Thursday. In response they called me apologising for the cal I had received, very polite and totally understood my feelings. I was then asked to remove the review but I declined this invitation as it was an accurate reflection on the call and my thoughts on this company. So the next approach from RW Invest is to blame the rude unprofessional conduct of their employee on me ! When I still refused to remove the review they post a reply with my name in full ( which I had chosen to withhold in my review ) and also to openly discuss investments I may had been called about. This is at best totally unprofessional and possibly a breach of GDPR which I have reported to the appropriate authorities. My first review was neutral , this one is BAD. My advice avoid this company. Now I can see why they have so few Bad reviews.
