Very professional and courteous!

I have just gone through the first stages (up to exchange of contract) in the purchase of a buy-to-let property in the UK with RWInvest and as a non-resident. The process went really smoothly, with good followup from RWInvest Client representatives (Rachael BARKLEY and Samuel NORKETT) providing all the required supports and relevant information. The prior information on the property and conditions of sale provided by RWInvest was quite good so that I did not get surprises when the main contract document arrived. Thumbs up for this!

Great update re our Investment

Met with our CR Manager to get an update about the market development in the last two years for buy to let situations. Discussed the implications for our investment and then went for a site visit. This was extremely useful because he made it possible to also see our flat. During our tour of the neighbourhood we were also shown completed and planned projects we were as a proxy for the overall quality of the company and their business partner. Very useful and satisfying visit.

I've been wanting to buy a property in Manchester for a little over a year, and the proposal presented by RW, despite being the most expensive, was the one I chose. however there is a detail in the project that I didn't initially notice and I think it could be better. the building has a single elevator and I think this could be a problem if it breaks down or at peak times to go up or down to the 14th floor.

I have just exchanged on an off plan property in the northwest. Suffice to say we achieved exchange in just over a week from me reserving the apartment!The team at RW has been very supportive , always on the ball and completely available. I am a first time investor so was a little hesitant and quite nervous buying off plan and had lots of questions but my early conversations with Esther in the sales team were thorough and I was provided with good information to enable me to trust the company and the development. The customer care follow up by Meabh has been prompt, really polite and proactive and suffice to say we exchanged so soon. The recommended solicitors handled this part of the process efficiently. RW provides monthly construction updates which are really helpful and I am now looking forward to the next 12-15 months and seeing the completed development.Thanks team RW for getting me off to a good start in investing.

I recently purchased my first BTL property through RW Invest and i have to say that the process from start to finish was handled in the most professional way. Joffe Bradley helped me find this property which ticked all the right boxes as per my criteria. Once the offer had been accepted Chloe Walker took care of all my requirements, from co-ordinating with both sides of solicitors and keeping me updated on status of the property on regular basis. She would share latest images of the project and provide all development updates regularly. She made the whole process so easy for me as a first time buyer. Highly recommended!

Totally satisfied with the service I received from RWInvest. The gentleman in sales who helped me through the process was very friendly, accomodating and had provided me with all the information I needed. He was in touch with me regularly - even way after the sales had completed - via phone call or email to answer all my questions and concerns. He also never pressured me. The aftersales team had also been brilliant. They were very accessible, helpful and was regularly in touch with me to provide updates. RWInvest will definitely be my first port of call when I decide to invest again.
