We were in dire predicament regarding a signed contract on a new-built flat through a rash decision by our daughter and realising she would not be able to go through financially with the project and affecting us. It was like putting a rope around our necks situation. We tried desperately to get out of this crisis without harm and by God's grace one day the RWInvest sales team contacted me and decided to help us find a way out.They were so understanding and helpful (esp a kind person initialled DC) and patiently and painstakingly set out the process of finding a seller to release us of this scheme.We are ever so grateful and thankful to him and his team. Tayla was following the matter up well and on timely manner , but the thing that I like to improve on, is to give the client more time to review the documents or to prepare before the dead line, not only 2 days before the deadline get informed you have to finish it today or tomorrow or in 2 days ! specifically when we had received the document on 2 days before the deadline .

Dan & Jessica provided first class service. Firstly they were incredibly proactive and responsive from the first interaction, returning my phone calls and emails very promptly. Their service was extremely personal, even driving me around the development when I asked to visit it at short notice and showing me local features, as well as showcasing comparable apartments to help me visualise my own. Dan was flexible around terms, answered my detailed questions openly and honestly. There was no pushiness, just straightforwardness and high quality service right through the conveyancing process. I’m a senior financial professional and naturally skeptical, but would 100% use RWinvest again.

It is in your/general public interest that you read this review before doing business with RW Invest or Caro developments.After almost 2 years of mental distress dealing with them, and now having to take them and Caro (dev) to court, this is my experience of RW Invest & some advice:1.Untrustworthy - they don’t believe their own words because in my case they made numerous promises/representations (e.g. mortgageability) then ran behind disclaimers of liability. It's advisable you engage a lawyer before having a single conversation with them.2.They & Caro lead you to believe that the build will come with fire safety docs required by lenders. They waited till PC before telling us the build did not come with these docs, putting investors in a precarious situation. How there are developers avoiding fire safety standards after Grenfell that sleep at night, is beyond me!? 3.Reviews - Have you read a review of an investor who has gone through the entire sales cycle, who has successfully completed + is enjoying the returns they promise you? Great marketing, but from what I can see opportunistic {e.g taking steps to frustrate my conveyance to swallow investor deposits} & demanding I take an honest review down.Their strategy is to get TrustPilot to take honest but negative reviews down (multiple times), or write threatening legal letters. Their rating on here can't be trusted by a company who does this. 4.RWI have to join a property redress scheme, they've chosen The Property Ombudsman Service. TPOS is a very biased property redress scheme. Check out the unanimous voice of thousands who have referred disputes to them on their TrustPilot page. Big takeaways from all reviews: 1) the agents fund them; 2) they legitimise the behaviour of the agents. In fact, my advice not to use TPOS, it’s a waste of 7 or so months, go straight to the courts. Other investors have had better joy with agents enrolled with the Property Redress Scheme.5.RWI send you pre-completed reservation docs, be careful. This is corroborated by another reviewer on here 12th March 2024.6.Use your own solicitor & take them to every single conversation you have with them - as before, they do not believe their own words, they run behind disclaimers.7.RWI + developer work against completion (e.g. by failing to grant the surveyor access on two occasions). They then hold onto investors deposits even when they are responsible for things going wrong.8. They do not respect your privacy - I sent a data subject access request in Jan 2024, they still have not responded & now ICO has warned them. They also continue to send me marketing messages in breach of my rights to privacy.Based on my experience, I would avoid a co like this. If you are still considering, then at the least, ask them to connect you with at least 3 clients who have gone through the entire sales journey & are enjoying the returns they promise/are pleased with the service end-to-end. Or have been able to mortgage the property they advise as being mortgageable.IMPORTANT - There’s a burgeoning group of investors who are taking legal/regulatory action against rogues in this industry. Drop charlottehaggerty6 on gmail a line to join. Important that scammers & rogues in the industry are held to account.
