Most satisfying and a very pleasant experience with RW Invest! Right from the first call taken by Dennis Boateng, I was reassured that even as the first-time property investor I am in safe and expert hands. Dennis assisted through the process of finding a suitable property. I appreciate Dennis for providing me an excellent professional and transparent service considering my personal needs. On reservation of property, Tayla Roberts came in and did an incredible job in guiding me through the process liaising with lawyers up to exchange of contract. Tayla was always on hand to answer questions and willing to assist in a professional and polite manner. Even when Tayla was on holiday, her manager Daniel Stewart called and kept me updated. As a customer, I feel fully satisfied as Tayla kept me informed with regular calls and emails. I was impressed to receive Tayla’s call to let me know the next step that my case would be handed over to Post-sales Team, and still willing to be available when needed. I now expect similar nice experience with post-sale. Great experience of dealing with RW team. I would definitely use RW again and highly recommend them as true professionals. From me yes, they deserve 5-star. Keep up your good work, please.

TrustpilotThe One Baltic Square (OBS) development…
The One Baltic Square (OBS) development is designed for investors who can afford to buy with cash. However, it was mis-sold to individuals that they could get mortgage. It is true that RW invest could arrange mortgages for buyers but that comes with enormous fee plus much higher interest rates. Also, the promised assured rental income was not honoured. The furniture package we were forced to buy so that we will be eligible for assured rent is meaningless because assured rental is not honoured. The original list of furniture pacakge has been downgraded - They argued they could do this within the law, but for a company that has 4.7 out of 5, it is an immoral thing to do.

I was a little concerned about purchasing through RWinvest, particularly after reading some of the reviews. I thought I had made a terrible mistake. However, Hamid and Chloe walked me through every step of the process, personally met me and stayed in touch through out the process. I got immediate responses via email and What's and the accommodated my changes several times. I am still in the final stages of taking possession but so far the service has been amazing. Let's see how the developer holds up

It took almost 4 months to exchange on my flat, a process which usually takes 4-6 weeks once reservation is confirmed I believe. This was largely due to factors outside of the control of RW Invest, as it was driven by the incompetence of the purchaser’s solicitors. Dan from RWInvest was brilliant keeping me up to date throughout the process and was swift to reply with my numerous questions.My only grievance was the penal charges RWInvest charges on resales. They have a monopoly of resales before your property is built and reassignment fees are 5% plus VAT which is significant in my view.
