With the exception of Hanna, who showed us round the apartment pre-completion, our experience of RW Invest has not been positive. Over the period of our dealing with them (July 2023 to date) calls and emails have not been responded to and the auto-generated emails lack clarity. They need to appoint one person to support the client through to completion and to keep them abreast of process. When we purchased we were advised completion was expected late August/early September 2023 and we finally completed in June 2024. They have also reneged on part of the furniture package which we are still pursuing.

Terrible customer services - I was a few days late completing due to a delay by my solicitors and was told I was in breach of contract and therefore would not be able to potentially complete. RW invest stated that my flat would be forfeited and that the thousands of pounds I had invested as a down payment for the flat would be kept by the developer. This is after the developer failed to complete the flats in 2022 - it took them 6 years to build and I have as yet not seen a return on any of the money invested. Avoid investing through RW Invest at all costs

RWinvest are not the developer and do not hold any authority on the developers decision to rescind contracts due to failure to complete. The development completed at around the same time that the Covid-19 pandemic arrived in the UK and nationwide lockdowns were imposed in early 2020.The Covid-19 pandemic impacted every sector across the UK including the construction industry and the student rental market. During the initial stages of the government imposed lockdown, many students vacated their properties and new developments such as this one could not take bookings for their opening academic term, which meant the building remained vacant. As you may recall the restrictions imposed within the various periods of lockdown were consistently changing which meant that there was no certainty on when bookings could resume. Once the lockdown restrictions had eased, it was no longer viable to rent the properties as originally intended and the developer has since been working to find a solution to return all investors deposits to them in full. RWinvest has been in constant communication with investors throughout this time providing updates where possible and assisting in any way we can. Please be assured that our clients best interests are paramount and we will continue to offer our support to all of our in this matter.
