GooglePlacefirst, not only decided to buy a whole estate in Beeston, Leeds but then decided to issue a section 21 eviction notice, to do all the houses up so that they can make people reapply and change double the rent. It was so nice of you guys to evict one family two weeks before Christmas whith a disabled infant. I'm sure you all sleep well at night. 20+ families are being effected by this evil company. You hear about stuff like this in America not the U.K...

GoogleAvoid like the PLAGUE I moved out of one of there properties in 2018 got slapped with bill for over a 1000 pounds took the deposit form me charged for council tax when I was not living there . They are the worst company for renting I have ever come across wouldn't even give them 1 star but that is my opinion

GoogleBeen in our Placefirst property for coming up on 3 years, had a couple of tenancy changes but Sheryl has always been on hand to make the process as efficient and painless as possible. The properties are on the pricey side but modern and spacious.

GoogleBought over 100 house from housing association on my estate and now they want to put the rent up more than 50% with only 2 weeks notice alot of people will struggle with the increase and with no fault of their own will likely become homeless
