Had a problem re renting and they were so understandable and supportive. Everything was smooth and I was kept up to date with the renting process. The apartment I have is beautiful and worth every penny of rent. Sheryl and the lettings team have been fantastic and I would fully recommend renting through Placefirst. Gas checks are done when they're meant to be and even though I've not had any maintenance problems yet, I have full confidence that they'll be sorted as soon as poss. So if you're thinking about renting through them, do so! You won't be disappointed! Thank you all so much for your help, in particular Sheryl and the lettings team :)

Brilliant landlord to have, the flat I rented was superb in quality and energy efficiency. Couldn't fault them at all for communication, good value for money and overall service. Sheryl (resident services manager) was there from start to finish and helped me along the way all the way through to when I left. The only reason I left was because I was fortunate enough to be able to buy my own property, I would still be there now if this wasn't the case. I recommend Place First 100%

Five star for the experience. Great place to live, flats come clean, done up to very high standard and while there are odd snags here and there, the company is always there to help. I rented in Morecambe and Sheryl was always there with advice and help. I also can't praise enough their tech team. At the end of tenancy I had a bit of error with my rent and with help of Amber-Rose it was sorted in no time ( way quicker than I expected) So yeah, they are worth the price and you will feel safe and looked after if you rent with them.

Our property manager Sue at the Welsh Streets was absolutely brilliant. She was always very pleasant and very professional with ourselves. We left the property in good shape and our deposit return reflected that, and everything was communicated clearly and on time. Whilst I appreciate some people have gripes with the organisation as a wider remit due to its size, I feel as though things can get lost in the cracks. But any time this occurred I raised it with Sue and it was promptly dealt with. Thanks Sue, we really appreciate it :)
