GoogleThe apartments are comfortable and maintained however if you don’t mind doing without hot water and heating in winter time, especially at the weekend - only security to chase up an emergency engineer who are already very busy!!!
Hi Lorraine , We would like to sincerely apologise for the issue encountered with regards to the boiler failure over the weekend effecting the hot water and heating , unfortunately we were not made aware of this until this morning and therefore are sorry for the delayed communication . We are currently investigating with Savills’s estate management team who are our buildings management as to what caused the issue and why it took so long to rectify as we realise this has caused great inconvenience and discomfort . As soon as we have some clarity we will revert with the information , in the meantime please be assured we are treating this as upmost priority .
