We would like to sincerely apologise for the issue encountered with regards to the boiler failure over the weekend effecting the hot water and heating , unfortunately we were not made aware of this until this morning and therefore are sorry for the delayed communication .
We are currently investigating with Savills’s estate management team who are our buildings management as to what caused the issue and why it took so long to rectify as we realise this has caused great inconvenience and discomfort .
As soon as we have some clarity we will revert with the information , in the meantime please be assured we are treating this as upmost priority .
We thank you for your understanding and patience , however we are pleased to not that you otherwise enjoy your apartment .
