We felt so supported and looked after throughout the entire process, and it was so good to know we were dealing with trustworthy, reliable people that genuinely wanted to see things work out for us. Particularity as our move was effected by COVID, we were incredibly thankful. I will no doubt sell with Watersons when the time comes. Genuinely outstanding, personable and well informed.

From the start till the end, they are always there, it felt like we have a new friend that knows everything about properties and if there are any issues they are always just a phone line away. I am so grateful to have Watersons to handle our sale and everything works so smoothly. They followed up everything to ensure things are moving along. Highly recommended. Not only do they provide you sales advice, they are very reassuring and kind and that really helps with house selling and buying which tends to be stressful at times.

They continued to carry out pre-booked viewings even though we received an offer on the first viewing and because of that we were able to get more than the asking price. Would recommend!

We have just purchased a house through Watersons and they have been great throughout the whole process. All of the staff members we met at the house were knowledgeable about the house and sale. Afterwards, Ryan in the office was helpful, organised and quick to respond. Before this house, we had started the buying process of 2 other houses with 2 different estate agents in the area, we had terrible experiences with them both. If/when we sell I'd 100% use Watersons and recommend them.

Short version: Waterson's are the best, just use them for your house sale (in Sale) Longer version: We benchmarked a few estate agents when selling our property. Waterson’s were the only ones that answered the phone consistently and knew things about the properties we were enquiring about. Their fees are good, they know the properties they’re selling, they’re super friendly and actually get the job done. On the buying side we saw the same. Other estate agents just sat there and let us look around, knew nothing about the history or facilities in the houses but Waterson’s do their research. They know the market, they know the area. Helen, Sophie, Kyle, everyone, they’re on their A game. Where the trope generally goes “urrghh estate agents are all crap” it’s nice to see there’s an exception to the rule. Top job team, keep it up. (I am not a paid shill, but the difference between our experience with Waterson’s and the other agent we dealt with in our chain was night and day and they earned this)

Watersons Rentals of Hale provides excellent services for the property, where my family is living for the past 3 years till now. They are responsive and responsible to any queries/issues upon reporting. Great appreciation especially to dear Dianne, the current Property Manager, who keeps very good communication among the landlord and us with prompt action and advice for any issues raised. Truly satisfied with her team's great services and kind assistance all along.
