GoogleI couldn't rate the property man estate agents more highly. They (Jessica and the team) were amazing throughout the whole process of our property purchase. We never had to chase for anything, Jessica responds to emails in a heart beat and they made all communication seamless. Thank you for all you have done!

GoogleFrom the initial visit to the day of completion (which was today) has been everything we hoped and more. Rob took the photos which really showed off our property, Kim and Nathan handled the sale. The house went on sale on the Thursday and sold for full asking on the Saturday. We couldn’t be happier. We were kept in full communication throughout and the service was second to none. Would highly recommended and if we do sell again The Property Man is the obvious choice.

GoogleFollowing 12 months of my house being up for sale with another estate agent, and very little interest, I opted to change over to the property man. Kimberley came round and took new (much better) photos, a walk through video and advertised the house. Within days we were getting viewings which were all managed by Kimberley and Jess. We soon accepted an offer, but unfortunately the sale fell through. It was readvertised and another offer accepted within couple of weeks. Today we completed. Kimberley and Jess have been brilliant throughout the whole process, going over and above on many occasions. They stayed in constant contact both by phone and through a WhatsApp group, guiding us through the entire selling process. Their fees were very reasonable too. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

GoogleEven with tough market conditions, I was delighted with how Jessica and Kimberley found the perfect buyer for my property. Diligent, organised and tenacious, Jessica was on top of the legal process working relentlessly until it was sold - she was always one step ahead of me!

GoogleJust completed my late Mum's property sale, I cannot recommend this company enough, all the staff are amazing, so helpful and genuinely caring, it's been such a journey and they could not have helped me more, Jessica, Kimberly, Nathan and Rob are a first class team.

GoogleI have moved house 8 times and The Property Man is by far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with! Jess and Kim manage the process perfectly and communicate at every opportunity. The videos/ drones/ images for the property adverts are also much better than anything else available locally. Even the solicitors they suggest are the best ones I’ve used. I cannot thank you enough. If I ever move again, I wouldn’t risk using anyone else!

GoogleWe could not be happier with the service we received from The Property Man in our recent purchase of a house. We didn’t have the best experience with our solicitor, but found that TPM helped to keep us informed and in the loop where our solicitor couldn’t. Everyone we dealt with from TPM was lovely, knowledgable and quick to work through actions. We couldn’t be happier and would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell 🙂

GoogleHands down the best estate agents I have ever come across. From the initial meeting with Kimberley, to the photos and video tour with Rob, to the viewings with Nathan and then the sale progression with Jess - it has been an absolutely fantastic experience. They are professional, responsive, patient and hardworking. The WhatsApp group they set up is a touch of class and makes communication so much easier. I would recommend, and have been recommending them, to everyone I know. Thank you all very much!

GoogleWell what can i say ... What a service we received from this team over the last 12 months having a nightmare selling our property with a turbulent market and time wasters pulling out we had it all and don't quite no what we would have done without these guys fighting for us and going to the trenches morning noon and night and quite often outside of work hours to get our deal done we couldn't have asked more of them and boy did they deliver!!! Highly recommend if you want a team who has your back 24/7 and dedication to the cause.

GoogleRob and his team at The Property Man are a delight to work with. They are proactive, responsive and caring. The process of selling and moving is traumatic to say the least but with an agent like The Property Man, you never feel alone. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleDefinitely the best estate agents in the area. Fast and efficient sale securing over our asking price. Went above and beyond all the way through the process. In my opinion they took a lead position in managing the chain and knew which stage in the process each property was at. Kim took care of our sale from start to finish and was on hand at any point in time to answer our queries and help resolve any issues we had. I don’t think we would have gotten the support we did if we employed any other estate agent in the area. To top it off they were the most competitive on price. We would highly recommendPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Hello Liam, Thank you for your review. It was a pleasure to help you, Amy and the boys move. Good Luck in your new home and see you in the Village :) Thanks Kim, Rob & Wendy

GoogleA little late in posting but I still feel the need to rave about this superb estate agent. We put our house on the market in June last year, and sold in less than a week. Initially, it was Rob who got the ball rolling, and later Kimberley joined the team and took up the sale, and we moved house within 10 weeks! We received a first class service from start to finish from The Property Man - both Kimberley and Rob’s professionalism, hard work and dedication meant that the process was as smooth and as quick as a house move can be. We also regularly spoke with the delightful Wendy over the phone. I cannot fault this amazing team, and I continue to recommend The Property Man to all my friends and family.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
