Rob took the photos which really showed off our property, Kim and Nathan handled the sale. The house went on sale on the Thursday and sold for full asking on the Saturday. We couldn’t be happier.

GoogleFollowing 12 months of my house being up for sale with another estate agent, and very little interest, I opted to change over to the property man. Kimberley came round and took new (much better) photos, a walk through video and advertised the house. Within days we were getting viewings which were all managed by Kimberley and Jess. We soon accepted an offer, but unfortunately the sale fell through. It was readvertised and another offer accepted within couple of weeks. Today we completed.
Kimberley and Jess have been brilliant throughout the whole process, going over and above on many occasions. They stayed in constant contact both by phone and through a WhatsApp group, guiding us through the entire selling process. Their fees were very reasonable too. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
