GoogleAfter a drawn out negative experience with another local agent, we moved our property to The Property Man and our house was sold within a month. They helped find contractors for a few small jobs and helped get the property ready for viewings. We received 3 offers and have just completed with the best offer for us. They kept us informed throughout and were always professional and approachable. Would highly recommend! Thanks for all your hard work team x

From the initial viewing right the way through to the day of completion Kim was always quick to offer updates and advice and helped me to chase solicitors when necessary. GoogleI just bought a flat via The Property Man and I was very impressed with the service from Kim, Kathryn and the team. They went above and beyond to chase solicitors in the rest of the chain when there were delays, as well as keeping me informed of progress. Not your average estate agents. Would happily use again. Thanks 2023 update: After two years I have now decided to sell my flat as we are upsizing. I couldn’t have been happier with the service by Kim and Jessica who once again went above and beyond when chasing other parts of the chain. We are now moving out the area so may not be able to use TPM again but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleKim, Jessica and the team have acted very professionally and well above and beyond what would be expected of an estate agent, if you ever need an estate agent who will not stop until you are sold, and completed who will always follow through and will stick with you to the end and keep a smile on their faces. GoogleI had a great experience buying my flat, Rob was responsive and professional when arranging viewings and was flexible when I was trying to negotiate on the offer price from the top of a windy hill! Kimberley was very helpful and responsive throughout the process, helping to chase solicitors and the freeholder and keeping me updated on progress. I would certainly use them again when I move homes.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation to the completion of our property, Kim, Jessica and Rob were brilliant. They made the whole process simple. With previous house moves, I’ve had to do a lot of chasing but the team at The Property Man were so proactive, it wasn’t necessary. A professional service, quick sale for the price we wanted and so friendly and easy to deal with. I can totally recommend The Property Man if you’re looking to sell or buy a home. GoogleExceptional estate agent! We have just bought a property through The Property Man and I would not fault the service. Jess and the team were superb throughout and reassured us every step of the way. Jess was always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. She is friendly and down to earth and we knew we could trust her to respond quickly and support us with any queries. We would not hesitate to recommend The Property Man! Even though they're not a local estate agent to us we would use them if we were to move house again. Their video tours and customer service make them the estate agent to use!

GoogleIt's been a pleasure to work alongside Kim. Coming from another Estate Agent, Estate Agents working together is one of the biggest hurdles when it comes to selling properties that are in a chain. Ensuring that everyone works together to keep it together. Sadly this doesn't always happen and sales are left to progress on their own with no sense of urgency or help when there's bumps in the road. However in this instance between me and Kim, we've got a chain through to completion within 9 weeks! The industry standard currently is between 12-18 weeks and that isn't even when there's a chain. So this was a massive achievement! If you're looking to sell your home in sale I would definitely recommend Kim at The Property Man (It's too far me to travel from Bolton to help sell anyone's home haha) Thanks Kim!

GoogleAbout 3 years ago I viewed a property with Kimberley at The Property Man, whilst that one wasn't right for us, Kimberley kept in touch with me checking on where we were up to with moving. I really liked her proactive, but not pushy style, I felt like she genuinely wanted to help. Cue us finding the house of our dreams and I just knew Kimberley and the team were the best team to sell our home in order for us to secure it. I didn't ever doubt that decision. The video tours are a fabulous addition to the usual boring sales listing, setting apart their listings on RightMove and their website. They made the whole process feel easy, even giving me great tips for the viewings I hosted myself (as we needed a quick sale). If you're looking for a truly personal service for one of the most stressful processes of your life then this is the company for you. The WhatsApp group was a life saver, it meant any questions we had were answered quickly, the meme game was excellent light relief helping to keep me (kind of) sane throughout. I highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again if I needed to....but I wont as they helped us get into our forever home ;-)

Although one of our closest friends is a director of the largest estate agents in the UK, we felt that this sale needed a more “personal” touch, and we approached Rob and his team to discuss how this would be dealt with. The family made the right decision in instructing The Property Man and were extremely impressed with the communication, professionalism, and overall handling of the sale that progressed smoothly and without issue, at what was already a stressful and emotional time. Your phone call was always answered and Jessica and Kimberley were brilliant at keeping in touch and making the sale and purchase happen on what was a tight schedule.
