GoogleI have recently both sold and purchased houses via The Property Man and cannot recommend them enough. They took great pics/video of the house, carried out all viewings and couldn’t have been more professional. Kim and Jess kept me updated on all progress via a WhatsApp group and even recommended a really good solicitor to use which made the process even easier as they had an established relationship with them.

GoogleWhat an estate agency We had a property on the market with 2 other agents before we joined the property man And within. 2 days it was sold And within 5 months it had completed ( this only took so long due to stamp duty relief and solicitors being so busy) Kim and Kathryn were exceptional So so on the ball Very responsive. They Kept us up to date Continuously Chased the buyers solicitors continuously Loved their idea of as soon as your property goes on the market. They suggest a WhatsApp group so all communications are transparent (as there were 3of us) so this really worked for us I cannot recommend this company enough They are off the main area in sale where most of the estate agents are based. (They are based on Washway road couple of doors down from minikins But please don’t let this put you offPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSeriously, I could write an essay about how incredible the service has been from start to finish with the Property Man. We live out of their “core” area and had failed to sell our house with a local agency after several months of failed viewings. The Property Man team went above and beyond to understand the USP’s of our house, take incredible new pictures and invest a huge amount of personal care to take over the sale of our property. Within days, we had a huge amount of new interest and had sold our house within a week! We then received a further offer on our house from another viewer, and the Property Man team offered some hugely valuable advice about which potential buyer would be most reliable and suitable. However, selling our house turned out to be the easy bit. I had completely overlooked the need for an agency to provide the critical support after selling, and getting through a complicated process to exchange contracts. This is where the whole team impressed me beyond any expectations I may have had. The level of communication, commitment, persistence and resilience (despite me being quite a needy client!) was absolutely incredible and I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful process seem manageable and enjoyable!! GoogleAbsolutely awful experience with this agent - after travelling from Birmingham to Manchester to see a property (my fathers poorly in hospital but I was asked to view it so we could secure a deal) we were the first to call and view, ‘Gerry’ pretty much promised us during the viewing that the outcome would be favourable and she would ‘spin’ it to the landlord to ensure we got the house however I simply got a text the next day to say we had been unsuccessful. Disgusting, shady behaviour - avoid avoid avoid!
Tracey Firstly, sincere apologies that we did not meet your expectations when viewing this property. As the Director and owner of The Property Man my number one priority is excellent customer service for all our clients including Tenants, Landlords, Buyers, and Vendors. So, I was clearly shocked to see that you felt the need to leave us a 1* review. This is why within 2 hours of receiving the review I called you personally and discussed your experience directly. Whilst I appreciate the time restrictions, we had on the phone I was unable to explain our process when applicants view and want to apply for a property. With this property we received over 30 enquiries, and we booked in 13 viewings all within a fifteen-minute period. Yes, you were the first to enquire and the first person to view but unfortunately, we do not take applications on a first come first served basis, we feel that everyone who views should have the opportunity to be considered for an application. Once we receive a list of potential applicants we discuss with the landlord. It is always the landlord’s decision who they put forward for the property. However, we can advise the landlord if we felt that a particular applicant stood out over and above the others. Out of 8 applicants you were in our top 4. As I was not in attendance at the viewing, I can only take your word for what was said at the viewing even though it conflicted with Gerry’s turn of events. Gerry is a highly experienced lettings manager and I have never had to discuss issues regarding her ability before. I’m on the fence here. One thing I never want is an unhappy client, that is why I called you and I am glad you accepted our good will gesture of paying for your fuel costs to cover your 170-mile round journey for which you kindly accepted, and payment was sent within the hour. As an agent with over 200 five-star reviews over different platforms we feel that we should be reviewed on the whole experience even complaints and I would like to hope that how I dealt with this issue might rate us higher. Rob managed to secure three offers within the space of two weeks! This was down to their honest and informative descriptions, video and photos of the property. The communication throughout the whole process was brilliant, allowing every viewing to be as successful as possible and keeping us informed of the progress. GoogleWorking with Kim, Jess and the rest of the team has been absolutely top notch from start to finish. I really valued the personal approach and speedy communication (the WhatsApp group was a godsend!) and I never felt like “just another client” at any point in the process. The team are knowledgeable, professional, warm, friendly, honest and were always beyond helpful, especially in those nail biting moments towards the end! I will always recommend them, in fact I already have!

Absolute first class communication and I thought the dedicated WhatsApp group was brilliant as you don’t always have time/can pick up the phone. I love that they do drone photos and also a video tour to help sell your home which stood out from other agents. Would highly recommend and thank you so much for all your hard work.

GoogleThe Property Man has managed my Manchester Flats since 2017. Their team has done a fantastic job during these years. Both Rob and Wendy are competent professionals with, utmost responsible attitude toward customers. I want to express my deepest gratitude, especially to Wendy. She has direct responsibility to manage the flats. She is caring, and her performance is beyond my expectations. I am a buy and let investor and primarily resides out of UK. That was especially true during the pick of the pandemic. Property Man took care of flats, they let and relet them timely and duly, mange for repairments and took care daily issues raised by young tenants of six flats.

GoogleThe Property Man has managed one of my properties for a number of years in a very professional yet friendly manner. They are always contactable and always keep me fully informed in regards to tenants. They are very fair and honest over maintenance issues and unlike some letting agents they always send the original invoice from the tradesman / contractor carrying out the job. Recently I decided to sell this property. The Property Man handled all aspects of the process even dealing with a very poor conveyancing solicitor! I highly recommend Rob, Wendy, Kathryn and the rest of the team at The Property Man to handle all your needs in regards to property, whether letting, renting, buying or selling.
