GoogleThe team at The Property Man have been nothing short of exceptional throughout the house-buying process. Be it last-minute access to the property for viewings or diligent management of the entire admin process, Kim and Jess have both been exemplary, pro-active and beyond helpful. If you're considering buying/selling your house, I would look no further. A genuine credit to themselves and their industry.

GoogleWhat can we say other than they are great -we placed our house with them after being with another agent for over a year on and off. Low and behold the house was properly marketed, pictures and videos done and within the week we had two viewers who both offered. They then kept informed and worked hard with the solicitors (again recommended the best solicitors -Sort legal) and got the sale through to exchange today and completion on Monday saving stamp duty for our buyer and us. They kept hounding all solicitors to ensure everything went smoothly, recommended some excellent solicitors to us, had smooth and consistent communication throughout and even reached out to contacts at lenders to help expedite any delays. GoogleI will never use another Estate Agent again. Kimberley and Kathryn have been amazing from day 1. From the first enquiry they were professional, friendly and personable. The marketing of our house was nothing short of excellent and it was sold instantly. Through the process both Kim and Kathryn worked tirelessly to make sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. All I can say is, if you’re buying or selling- use The Property Man!

GoogleExcellent service, rapid response & great support. I have a number of properties that are being looked after by the team at The Property Man on a fully managed service. Nothing is too much trouble, every call and email is answered swiftly and the support is great. I particularly like the fact that they have vast network of trades people to take care of any routine maintenance as and when required, this is not only time saving but I also benefit from reduced rates.
