GoogleIncredible team to the point you feel very much part of it throughout. The WhatsApp group chat is great, quick updates and frequently went above and beyond out of hours too. Managed to get lots of interested parties throughout up until we found a buyer. 100% recommend these guys, best out there in South Manchester hands down.

GoogleSo I was trying to purchase an apartment before the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday and as a result I was constantly pestering the solicitor and estate agents. Thankfully however, the team at the property man were always very understanding and helpful. They always remained polite to despite my numerous calls and would kindly chase things along / keep me up to date on matters to help ensure the purchase went through. Its because of this that I managed to miss the Stamp Duty. I would definitely recommend their services.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleReally are excellent estate agents. Kept upto date throughout the entire process, nothing ever seems to be a problem to any of the staff and really do all the work for you including chasing yours and your buyers solicitors. Can’t fault any part of the service in anyway and was a pleasure to pay for such good service at the end ( not often you can say that). If I was going to move again I wouldn’t hesitate in giving The property Man my business.

GoogleSO GOOD WE USED THEM TWICE! After a couple of bad experiences with estate agents in the past, we were reluctant to market with one again. We put it to a Facebook page to see if anyone had any positive experiences and there was an overwhelming response for The Property Man. I contacted Kim and from the get go she was understanding of our concerns and needs. Her promptness, experience and communication put us at ease and within a week she had secured us a respectful offer. After multiple complications (none of which involved the agent) the sale unfortunately fell through and we decided to take property off the market and rethink our plans. Fast forward 6 months and we were ready to try again. We had no hesitation in appointing The Property Man as our agent and again they’d secured multiple offers over asking price on the first day of viewings. Kim and Kathryn have worked so hard to ensure the sale went through smoothly and couldn’t recommend them enough. Best ever ever!!PositiveQuality

GoogleI am so pleased we sold our property with The Property Man. Kathryn, Kim and the whole team went above and beyond what would normally be expected of an estate agent. They constantly pushed the chain to complete, making the whole process as smooth as possible. Communication was excellent throughout, acting promptly and efficiently with enquiries. Extremely approachable and friendly. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work. Will be recommending to anybody that needs an estate agent.

They do not give you the usual corporate spiel, or hard sell. They are genuinely interested in you and your family and want to get the best possible outcome for you. The way they market their properties is excellent and take the time to make sure properties reach as many outlets as possible. The service we have received has been personal and have received fantastic communication with them throughout. They have been ever present throughout the sale and helping to get the exchange though as smoothly as possible.
