Both Alex and Sheila went above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly for the tenant throughout the application process. Unlike other letting agencies you certainly don’t feel like “just a number” and they genuinely want to help in any way they can. 5/5 great experience from start to finish!

My change of circumstance over the last few months has been made easier due to her constant help, patience and experience. Rachel was always very prompt in answering emails and offering advice. I also found other staff at Reeds Rains to be friendly and professional too.

GoogleI have spoken to Alex is branch a few times and he has always been an absolute delight, helping me with whatever I need! The icing on the cake for me is when he see's me in the street he always waves, extremely personable service, even outside of his office. Wish all estate agents cared as much as him!

Googlethere is no chance you can get your deposit payment back from this agent, full of lie. they made list in the report, such as find hair in the draw, finger print on the door, fridge door has mark etc.They will take all your deposit, refuse to give you back! we have to take this to city court to get our money back, I can't believe this!!!!NegativeQuality

GoogleUnfortunately, very disappointed with our experience with this branch. Our offer was accepted after best and final and then turned down by the vendor the next day because another offer was received AFTER best and final deadline (so what's the point!?). Then we had a short period to increase, and our new offer was accepted. Again, after two days, our increased offer was rejected, and we therefore had to back out. It felt like the estate agents weren't in our corner, and it caused us a great deal of stress and upset. We submitted a formal complaint that has ultimately said the branch were 'legally right' and offered no apology (just a lot of "i empathise...but"). An extremely stressful time that could've been avoided had the branch given us as much respect as they did, leeway for the vendor to constantly change her mind. Our Financial Advisor (connected to the branch) was also livid with our treatment which shows although what happen was technically "legal" it was not ethical. My advice: avoid at all costs, but if that's not possible, make sure you ask / demand that 'best and final' means best and final. I wish you luck in your search and hope it goes better than it did for us.

GoogleIf you have the option, I highly recommend that you avoid dealing with the Reeds Rains Sale branch at all costs. Your time, energy, and money will NOT be respected. I had the unfortunate experience of Reeds Rains Sale facilitating a vendor offer acceptance renege during a ‘Best and Final’ process on two different occasions within a week. In addition, due process was not followed and Reeds Rains Sale failed to provide written notice of an accepted offer on both counts, and only provided an offer decline written notice after facilitating a bidding war between clients. Further to this, the Reeds Rains customer relations team failed to offer an apology and consistently responded with stock responses that referred back to legal obligations, always failing to provide an apology and an empathetic approach considering they did not follow process, and represented vendors who lied to us and conducted themselves in an unethical way. Reeds Rains Sale conducted themselves in an unethical way, failed to provide written accepted offer notices, facilitated a bidding war amongst clients, allowed their vendor to lie about accepting a best and final offer (TWICE!), and failed to respect our time, energy, and money.

GoogleI have just moved into a rented property managed by Reeds Rains (so I can't comment on the quality of support during the tenancy) but so far I have been very impressed by the team at Sale! I was told that my application had been successful just a few hours after viewing, every time I have had a question the team have replied within a couple of hours and the whole process was almost seamless. Everyone I've spoken to has been very friendly and happy to help as well.

Alex & Sheila in our local Sale Branch have been brilliant in guiding us through the letting process & ensuring that they have found an excellent Tenant for us. GoogleComplete inflexibility in arranging viewings. Offered two slots that I couldn't make and wouldn't arrange anything else. If you are listing your property for sale go with an agent that has enough staff to actually setup viewings for potential buyers.

GoogleReceived a call about an enquiry i made about a flat. Lady told me i have to earn 18k not including universal credit to be applicable. If she even had one brain cell she would know that if you earn 18k or more guess what.. You wouldn't be on universal credit. So wasted my time and disappointed me. Its discrimination against people on benefits no matter which way you try and slyly explain it
