The sale office provides a full service for a rental property I own in the area. In my experience they are very on the ball in all aspects ranging from finding and vetting tenants through to ensuring that I am quickly informed of any problems with the property and given every assistance to help me resolve them in a timely fashion. I believe that the tenants I have had over time have also found them to be helpful and professional. I would particularly recommend Sheila but have found all the other personnel I have dealt with there also very professional and helpful.

Thanks to the team in Sale for such a great experience. A big shout out to Alex, Sheila, Gilbert. The team was very respectful, polite and professional as we moved into our rented apartment. They were a refreshing beacon of joy as we battled through the stress and hassles of house move in the middle of school term. We had just moved from another property managed by another estate agent who harassed and threatened us with rude emails. Thanks to the Reed Rains team for such a positive experience and for such a beautiful modern spick and span house. You deserve a million stars for an outstanding professional service. I have been with Reeds Rains for several years. Alex is a star in Reeds Rain Sale branch letting department. He is very professional and high efficiency. I used other estate agent before and know the difference. Sometimes they could promise you one thing on the phone but then kept delaying or ignoring the issue. This is never the case with Alex. He communicated and looked after me really well in every stage. I will highly recommend this branch. You should take note that this ReedRains branch never responds to negative reviews, that simply shows they don't care. Avoid letting them manage your property, or you risk being overcharged. For instance, the price they quoted for a dishwasher replacement could easily buy two quality dishwashers from any major retailer.

Alex was professional and hard working. He responded quickly by e-mail keeping me up to date with viewings, policies and paperwork. He understood circumstances. He was keen to help and sort out the correct tenant for the property. He offered professional advice when required giving ample time to discuss queries with Reeds Rains Policies, so complete understanding was achieved . He explained the options for their Services clearly. He speeded up the Tenancy Process greatly by working and responding out of normal working hours, which was not expected and above the call of duty. We all communicated well. I would highly recommend Alex as a port of call at Reeds Rains Sale. He was my service provider. I see no relevance that Headquarters had to contact me as a Landlord as everything was completed through the Sale Branch. Reeds Rains do keep money aside for 7 days, despite the tenant making full payment, this included the DPS which one has 30 days to sort out. This is a rather old fashioned way of receiving payment as transactions for the tenant were within 2 hours.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have recently moved via Reeds Rains in Sale, this was with the lettings department and my move was handled via Alex Mantle. The move went smoothly and any questions I needed were answered either on that phone call or with a returned phone call shortly after. I was able to attend the office when needed to and Alex was always available upon request. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains as I’ve used other estate agents and have had a nightmare. I viewed the property on the day I called about it, found out the following day that I had got it and moved in 2 weeks to the day later.
