Awful communication skills and poor customer service They charge for everything even renewing the same contract every 6 monthsAll in all very disappointed with the service from Intercounty and will not be renting from them in the future!

Thank you for your feedback, we are fortunate to receive very positive feedback in the main so are not dismissive of anything negative. I have taken a look at our notes and can certainly see regular communication between the landlord, our property management team and yourselves however I am very happy to look at this further if you wish to contact me, jamessutton@intercounty.co.uk. Wherever possible a 12 month renewal is offered which would incur less charges and I understand this was the case. All charges are set out in writing prior to entering any agreement to ensure there is a clear expectation.
