GoogleHad to constantly chase them up as they never returned calls. The apartment I was after then got taken off them by the landlord (probably as they hadn't managed to let it out in over six months!), which ended up with another agency. Not surprising really, I'd avoid at all costs as either a tenant/purchaser or seller. Completely useless.

GoogleSophie and members of lettings team (Gemma) in Cardiff arranged the letting quickly and smoothly. They kept us up to date with what was going on, were always ready to help and quick to respond to queries. Very professional and efficient. Can’t praise them highly enough.
